Hi I am from gaya Bihar and my complain for not any spare parts are available in your Renault dealer in gaya city and service centre is also not available in this city .we are many more Renault customers in this city but when we need for service our cars we have go to 100k.m far from here for the service and we need some spare parts for the vechiles we can't buy a single parts over here so, I request you to plz do something for this problem .in gaya city available only Renault showrooms not any service centre...thanks

    I had booked a Renault Duster RXZ 85ps with Renault Jammu dealership on 13/08/2016 in the name of my wife, Payal Sharma, under booking no 3165 by paying Rs.10000/- cash. I was assured delivery within 40-45 days. I did not receive any updates from the dealership after the booking and I didn't take that as a matter of concern.

    When on 11/10/2016 I visited Renault Jammu to enquire about the vehicle, shockingly it was revealed to me that Renault India is having some issues with the dealerships in J&K, Himachal and Punjab, and Renault has stopped delivery of vehicles in these states. The sales manager bluntly told me to cancel my booking and look for other options with other manufacturers. Further more the sales manager told me that Renault India and Nissan might be closing there shop in India soon.

    I raised a complaint with Renault India on 12/10/2016 and my complaint was registered under complaint no ID[protected]. They assured me that I would be updated promptly about the issue. But Renault India has now stopped replying to my mails and over phone they keep saying that they will update me soon.

    All this has confirmed my doubts that something is seriously wrong with Renault India. I would request everyone to kindly research thoroughly before booking a Renault vehicle.

      My car was sent for repair at padam cars, dhandari kalan, ludhiana (renault authorised service centre) on 22/09/2016 for repair under warranty. till today i haven't got any satisfactory reply from service centre regarding date of delivery of my vehicle. you are requested to look into the matter as service center people are saying that parts are awaited. vehicle had starting trouble and was towed by roadside assistance to their service centre at dhandari kalan. it's over 25 days & my vehicle is struck up.

          There is big issue regarding the renault kwid, rxt 800, i have purchased renault in the month of july from gaya centre, but we are not satisfy with ur production... as there is regularly problm facing into the break, ac, engine milleage and staff of gaya agency just ignore our problem and they harrass us, finally i want to return ur this defected manufacture ...

            While booking the car, the showroom promised to deliver it before Diwali and they delivered on Jan 13th 2016 & the they insist to pay it before Diwali and I have asked the bank to release the same to the dealer and paid emi for the undelivered vehicle for 02 months and made complaints to the manufacture too on the same and not attended or resolved by either. Even on their service survey call from the manufacturer clearly explained about the issues and they told will attend the same but no one called yet.

            Have made complaint earlier also on the fuel efficiency and vehicle struggling in the first gear in traffic and noise of the engine. Now the horn also not sounding properly. In the service centre not ready to listen on the complaints during first two free services.

              Almost 13 days have been passed. I have not received any call from the renault showroom in indore.

              Their service manager name mr. Byasji no. [protected] having the holiday of almost 4 days for dausshera for all the staff. He told us not to call on this number for 4 days.

              The problem with the car was only two ac was not working properly & the car is making some noise.

              The support from service team is not as per the requirement. Kindly revert.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I have purchased Renault KWID RXL on 24.12.2015. The only reason for this purchase was Renault’s massive advertisements about the highest fuel mileage of 25.17 kmpl in the segment. But it is found that they are cheating customers on this. My car is giving mileage of only 13 to 14 Kmpl on highways and its without running AC. With AC, it drops drown to 10 to 11 kmpl.

                  Now, I am feeling cheated and frustrated. I am driving car from last 10 years and this KWID is my 4th car.

                  I had made many complaints to Renault’s service centre and every time I got disappointing reply from them.

                  I have a very huge social network and since I am known as a technology expert in my social group, my friends, relatives and office colleagues used to consult me before buying anything, whether it could be a mobile phone or a heavy electronic gadget, car or it could be a two wheeler. My initial reviews about the car were good and upto first month of car purchase I suggested many people to buy this car, but now I do not suggest anyone to buy KWID.
                  It is a technology failure of Renault!

                  I know, I am not a single person complaining about the KWID’s mileage and Renault also knows it very well that KWID is giving very low mileage, still you are advertising KWID as a best mileage car in the segment. I have attached Renault's advertise mentioning Kwid as India's most fuel economic car (in marathi).

                  Cheating!!!

                  Now its my humble and sincere request to Brand Renault to initiate a proper action. Either you take your car back, replace this car with upgraded 1.0 L if it gives better mileage or make necessary changes in my car’s engine such that it can give a mileage to comply your standards.

                    Sub: recurring complaint for my new renault kwid.

                    I write to inform you that i have purchased a renault kwid from your authorized dealer t v sundrami iyengar & sons pvt ltd - mavoor road, calicut, kerala, india-673004 on[protected] for an amount of rs.3, 62, 668/- excluding tax and insurance charges.
                    I regret to inform you that after purchasing the vehicle, within one week of time, it showed starting trouble and this has been informed to the dealer, but they didn’t respond in any manner and i also has not induced too much on them as this was happening only rarely. but after three months, one day i started the vehicle and just moved from my house to the road which is only 100 meters away, where i stopped for gate closing. once i stopped the vehicle and tried for restarting it was not responding and also all battery related parts such as automatic glass door closure and lights power has come down. this has been informed to the dealer and their quick response was that it is the fault of battery. please be noted that i have purchased the vehicle only three months before and as this has happened only because of the spares used by the company is of low quality or damaged ones.in this situation it is the liability of the company to replace the spare at free of cost, but instead they have recharged the same and given back, it has to be noted that this is purely because of the non quality of products used by the company as the complaint has started within one week of time.
                    Now before two days[protected] as i was driving the vehicle to perambra which is only 6 kilometers from my hometown, i drived my car to the petrol station for refilling. once i tried to start the vehicle after refilling the fuel, again the same complaint arised. the same movement i have informed to the dealer service center and they came to the spot at 2 o’ clock mid night and taken to the service center. they informed that the battery is weak and has to be charged again.
                    And there was another complaint with the dash board box lock. this complaint they have tried to rectify by replacing the lock. till now it has not been rectified fully even after replacing with a new one, which shows that either they are using non quality spares or they are not qualified to work in a well known company like you which will destroy the fame of the company.
                    On the above circumstance i write to inform you to replace the battery and any related parts thereof to have a safe driving for us at free of cost. this matter has to be taken as most urgent and important for mutual cooperation in long run. hope this will be considered to my satisfaction, up to your company’s reputation which will not force me to take legal action.

                        Very poor service after sales service. At service centre no techician is having knowledge and no accountability for them.
                        No reponsible person is there to take care about the vehecles.
                        I purchased the duster rxl 85 with rear sensor with showroom fitted,
                        After one month it was not worked, when i contacted them there is no response available they advised to get the same rectified by some outside garage.

                        When i planned to purchase the vehicle last year i reviewed the reviews about autologic, feedback was very about service and quality.
                        I assume that i am not going to face the any issues from autologic and ignored the feedback. But the feedback whatever mentioned is true and faced the problems in real when i encountered the issues.

                          I have booked renault rxt(o) six months ago in renault secunderabad branch, the dealer has told me the waiting period would take around 2-3 months time, for which I agreed as I had apply for bank loan in the mean time. But after 6 months also the dealer says the car has not come and he is not aware of a tentative date as well. Despite of my repeated asking, he has no information in regard. I have paid an advance of 20, 000 which is stuck with them. The dealer calls me and says that i better opt for rxt instead of rxt(o) as it is available.But initially I have ordered rxt(o), he in term tried to convince for rxt instead o[censored]nderstanding the customer interest.

                          Atleast in your case the dealership is saying that they can deliver the rxt model. I had booked the RXZ model and the dealer is asking me to cancel my booking as Renault India is not delivering any vehicle in north India. I've raised complaint no ID[protected] with Renault India, but no update received from their side for the past 5 days.

Every time they are coming up with some cooked stories and say that i will get the amount the next week. But it is not happening. I am totally frustrated with their behaviour.                                   Recently i reported to the complaints about my vehicle duster rxe model headlamps crack
                                  And i approached renault. Kannur
                                  And they said. Regarding the issues we want to take the images. And get the approval from company. So you have to wait one week time. Then i waiting 9 days over. I have recived the call from service manager at renault kannur. And their
                                  Aid the company not approved of your warrenty due to your park light has been changed. So that we can't accept the warrenty. And it's reduclus reply from renault authority becsuse 5 w. Bulb how can be damage the head lamps
                                  Cover. That means duster headlamps made a poor quality and company dosen't want admit their fault.
                                  Defiantly regarding the issues i will take to the consumer court.

                                    I have purchased a renault KWID last month in Kolkata. The mileage that the sales executive and the advertisement said was more than 15. But my car is giving a mileage of 7Km/Litre in city. There is some accessories issue also. After complaining several times, there is no response.                                       Regarding complaint on 28 th se p 2016 After writing this I called Renault no of times they said very politely that they will take care but 4 days past nothing happened I ask them to give the no of area manager they denied . Now in such situation I am left with no option other than to file a case in consumer court . I am feeling cheated by Renault A. N mishra

                                        I got the delivery of my renault kwid on 13th of sep from GEN NEXT MOTOR, JOGESHWARI EAST.
                                        I had asked for a special number for my car and they couldn't fulfill the need for a week, then finally i decided to take automated number from the rto that also they couldn't complete till 28th of sep.
                                        Very poor after sales service, no feedback from their end .

                                        i will never recommend anyone to buy from them, worst experience ever.

                                        still my car has no number.
