[Resolved] Renault — promised services not provided | |||
Dear sir i have purchased 2 yr extended warranty along with brand warranty (2+2) from renault on aug 2016 but recently my vehicle met with accident on 10th sep 2019 & got repaired by bodyshop on 21st sep'19 through royal sundaram insurance thereafter some diagnosis service team found that ac not working due to ecu may be affected after accident & not covered under warranty but my question is that where is my fault when i have paid for extended warranty as well as insurance and paying regular for maintenance for vehicle as per company guidelines pls help me i won't pay extra amount when extended warranty is on Was this information helpful? | |||
