Renault — Regarding Certificate of Registration | |||
I registered my car through Dealer from where I bought my car on 3rd August 2021 from Dealer at VIP road Guwahati, Assam. Till date I haven't received my RC through postal service. After visiting the dealer recently to enquire about the delay I came to know there was some mistake on my Aadhar Card about the home address which was not in my knowledge. So I request the sales manager to help me to resolve the matter. But unfortunately they are trying to avoid the matter which is really disgusting. And instead of helping me they are saying that I should go to the DTO office for solving the matter. Being a professor in a Medical College which is far from Guwahati I am really facing problems in doing this and I was expecting them to help me but they are behaving opposite way.
