[Resolved] Renault — Regarding refund of additional payment made during booking | |||||
I booked a renault kwid in renault omr showroom, chennai and got delivery in march 2016. During the booking i made additional payment which i was supposed to get refunded. From april 2016 i am contacting the branch manager and the sales representative, but still i have not recieved the refund. Every time they are coming up with some cooked stories and say that i will get the amount the next week. But it is not happening. I am totally frustrated with their behaviour.
