[Resolved]  Renault — renault duster amt - major issue with transmission

I bought a renault duster amt rxl in nov 2016. Love the car for its handling, drive quality and road presence but 1 major problem and few minor annoyances. I expect more for something worth 15lacs on-road. After first service i started noticing shuddering/stuttering at low speeds (1st & 2nd gears) this shuddering/stuttering results in dramatic vibrations and jerks at speeds just above 5km/hr.. After multiple visits to renault service station and few basic trouble shooting performed on the car, the problem did not go away and it had become strenuous to drive in the city. Now the car has run 13000 kms and the shuddering is increasing.. Very disappointed with this issue.. Apart from this i have other issues like there is problem with complete electrical circuits (I can still run the radio even after i remove the key, when i switch on front wiper rear also starts, centre locking doesnt work). Being ex employee of renault india and now as customer i am really un happy with duster amt and in future will never buy any renault car, the fact is that this is a defective car and i think this is manufacturing defect.

same problem as above and has not been resolved by Renault.

Their stand on this is that my car alone has had this problem and no other vehicle has experienced this.( it is clear from this forum that this is a chronic problem ).

we brought this to the attention of the service station at 6000 kms and since then it has already been for this repair close to 7 times to the service station.

Instead of acknowledging that there is a manufacturing defect, they are passing it off a regular wear and tear. The clutch has been changed twice and fly wheel once ( dont know which other car has had all this changed in such short time)

Have owned closed to 7 cars before this and never has the clutch been changed at all, even after 80000 kms.

The technical person from Renault today claims that it is normal for a clutch change even after 5000 kms!!

My car has been at the service station for the past week with no resolution in sight.

If anyone from Renault is reading this please be in touch.

Yes, even my Renault Duster RXL 110ps, AMT, Dec 2016 make, has a shuddering issue in 1st gear, infrequently though, and usually on a climb and after the engine warms up. The auto response at low speed is pathetic especially when I have to slow down on a slope. I have started shifting to Sports mode and manual on slopes. Though sometimes the shuddering is still felt. The service agency says that the clutch and flywheel would need to be checked.
Windscreen washer has failed a few months back.

Even my Renault Duster RXZ 2016 model has the same problem. I have been telling the service person from my 10K service and till now this shuddering/stuttering issue is not fix by the service persons.I am extremely disappointed with this. Kindly take some action on this.
