My name vignesh u p, i had bought a new renault kwid climber in name of my wife s. Sapna. I am writing this mail with a disturbed mind, i expect a solid response for the worst behavior and irresponsible attitude by the people (Mr. Arul prasad & mr. Senthil) in renault showroom cuddalore. I had been facing a lot of worst cases since i decided to buy the car in renault through the showroom in cuddalore. I am listing them down:
1. Loan complications:
The first experience for their worst behavior started on the time i came to hometown for applying loan. I called them the day before (3rd october, to mr. Arul prasad, [protected]) and clearly stated them that i want loan from state bank of india (I had stated them since i booked them car on 03.09.2017) & he said that he will arrange everything and my wife should just sign the loan application by 10.00 a. M. On 4th october, but on that day when i called them around 9.30 a. M. To ask where i should come, mr. Arul prasad was like there is a little problem that he cant process loan today in sbi, and he can do that in other banks with much better rate of interest on the same day, i asked him then why he gave the assurance yesterday. After much conversation he asked me to go the bank. When i went to the bank i found that nothing was processed by them expect giving my wife's aadhar card in the bank. Then i started the entire procedure by applying the loan newly (Even the quotation of car wasn't given to bank by the dealer earlier). I was in the bank for the whole day and finally my wife signed the loan application form by 5.30 p. M.in the evening. (Then it took another 20 days for loan sanction as the follow up by the dealer or the relationship of the dealer with bank is not in good terms)
2. Temporary registration issue:
After all the process on of loan sanctioning on the day before he was asking for the original aadhar card for temp booking. (I was at their showroom before and gave many sets of documents and finally after the long process they were asking for aadhar card at the neck moment). We finally managed to do that again. Only then i came to know that i have to wait for another one month for my vehicle's permanent registration. They haven't gave any details about it earlier. Finally i got my car on 30th october, and that too not professionally cleaned inside and outside (I got a commenting statement that there is no use of cleaning as it is raining outside). It took me another two days to get access to my temporary registration number (After a long follow up by me with mr. Senthil for the car that had registration on 26th october, i also faced similar problem with mr. Senthil for getting my payment receipt in mail)
3. Accessories issue:
I had a engine guard fixed in my car as accessory and it just came off in the middle of the road as it was not fixed properly. And it made me have a delay of 1 hour in my journey. Finally i removed it by a road side mechanic and get it fixed again in cuddalore showroom (That too they don't have the proper fixture and tied it with some other string and promised to change it during my first service which is yet to be done).
4. Permanent registration issue:
The current and final problem i am facing is this, i had paid my entire amount including registration fees to the dealer already (). On the time of delivery i was told by mr. Arul prasad that i should inform in three days prior for registration. I had called him on 8th november stating that i would be there on 13th for registration. I was assured that it will be done. And to my worst nightmare i got a call from mr. Senthil on saturday morning i. E., 11th november that everything is ready for registration on monday i. E. Today, and when i will be bringing the dd for registration (For the amount which i paid three weeks ago to them), then i asked him about the amount we paid, he told me that he will verify and call back. To cross verify i called mr. Arul prasad who told me that there was process issue and instead dd he will pay amount for registration today. Now after travelling back 150 kms to cuddalore they are saying that he can't process registration saying that he can arrange the dd only tomorrow. Now mr. Senthil is asking my content to solve this problem personally and mr. Arul prasad is emotionally blackmailing me that he might lose his job if i escalate the issue to the customer support.
I have great respect for renault, kindly clarify me these,
What kind of support a customer get from authorized dealer for buying a car?
I literally felt like buying a car on my own without any comforting support.
I felt a worst way of hospitality and missing communication from the first.
And to the worst i had treated very bad today, and my call was not at all responded.
Now i spent rs.3000 worth fuel for my journey and rs. 2000 on driver, two days of my time and immense mind disturbance because of this issue, i need compensation for this.
I expect all the explanation for my problems, and now i am worried that how my further registration and vehicle service will be done by irresponsible people like mr. Arul & mr. Senthil. So, i also expect some one else to handle my further process as i am tired of lies because of these people.
I have detailed call logs and messages for my claims, and enclosing other documents as attachment with this mail.
I am very disturbed and irritated by this issue. Kindly do the needful.
