Dear sir,

My car is renault kwid model number 2016, i dropped my car for service to service centre renault chandigarh plot no 47, elante mall industrial area phase 1 chandigarh 160002 dropped car on last wednesday after service they didn't call me to pick up the car. I told them all my problem which occur during the drive (Right side front and back indicator blinking continuously).
I discussed mr. Gurveer (Service advisor at service centre). He is giving me doge again again but he didn't cal me for resolve me problem now he is not attending my call.
I am upset now for these kind of activities. I have to attend marriage in himachal tonight. So its very tough to drive on road with this problem and create problem other on road.

    I would like to suggest people that don't waste your hard earned money on renault it will became extra headaches to you.

    I need to escalate the issue for rsa support which was provided and car was
    Delivered to renault malviya nagar jaipur dealer in the whole day car was
    Not inspected and in the evening get to know that it will be inspected by
    Tomorrow.

    So i want to know that where is the emergency service stays in renault for
    Breakdown situations if it is not prioritized.
    I'm feeling very frustrated from renault service and this not the first
    Time with nirmal cars which is the dealer for rajasthan.

    I'm assuring you sure that in future i will never ever have and recommend
    The renault cars because of hell service.

    I just want to bring out the points with you otherwise don't have any
    Expectations from renault customer care as well..

      Hi renault duster team,

      Do you have a complete satisfactory solution for the hard gear shift problem for the duster? Im also having the same issue for my duster ka 51 mj 8746. Im facing it while shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. Its hard rock.. And then i apply/release clutch 2-3 times to shift the gear smoothly. Pls help me to sort it out... Im taking my car to silkboard, bangalore service station today. I have already discussed the issue with the service team last time but it was not fixed.

        Hi,
        My name vignesh u p, i had bought a new renault kwid climber in name of my wife s. Sapna. I am writing this mail with a disturbed mind, i expect a solid response for the worst behavior and irresponsible attitude by the people (Mr. Arul prasad & mr. Senthil) in renault showroom cuddalore. I had been facing a lot of worst cases since i decided to buy the car in renault through the showroom in cuddalore. I am listing them down:

        1. Loan complications:
        The first experience for their worst behavior started on the time i came to hometown for applying loan. I called them the day before (3rd october, to mr. Arul prasad, [protected]) and clearly stated them that i want loan from state bank of india (I had stated them since i booked them car on 03.09.2017) & he said that he will arrange everything and my wife should just sign the loan application by 10.00 a. M. On 4th october, but on that day when i called them around 9.30 a. M. To ask where i should come, mr. Arul prasad was like there is a little problem that he cant process loan today in sbi, and he can do that in other banks with much better rate of interest on the same day, i asked him then why he gave the assurance yesterday. After much conversation he asked me to go the bank. When i went to the bank i found that nothing was processed by them expect giving my wife's aadhar card in the bank. Then i started the entire procedure by applying the loan newly (Even the quotation of car wasn't given to bank by the dealer earlier). I was in the bank for the whole day and finally my wife signed the loan application form by 5.30 p. M.in the evening. (Then it took another 20 days for loan sanction as the follow up by the dealer or the relationship of the dealer with bank is not in good terms)

        2. Temporary registration issue:
        After all the process on of loan sanctioning on the day before he was asking for the original aadhar card for temp booking. (I was at their showroom before and gave many sets of documents and finally after the long process they were asking for aadhar card at the neck moment). We finally managed to do that again. Only then i came to know that i have to wait for another one month for my vehicle's permanent registration. They haven't gave any details about it earlier. Finally i got my car on 30th october, and that too not professionally cleaned inside and outside (I got a commenting statement that there is no use of cleaning as it is raining outside). It took me another two days to get access to my temporary registration number (After a long follow up by me with mr. Senthil for the car that had registration on 26th october, i also faced similar problem with mr. Senthil for getting my payment receipt in mail)

        3. Accessories issue:
        I had a engine guard fixed in my car as accessory and it just came off in the middle of the road as it was not fixed properly. And it made me have a delay of 1 hour in my journey. Finally i removed it by a road side mechanic and get it fixed again in cuddalore showroom (That too they don't have the proper fixture and tied it with some other string and promised to change it during my first service which is yet to be done).

        4. Permanent registration issue:
        The current and final problem i am facing is this, i had paid my entire amount including registration fees to the dealer already (). On the time of delivery i was told by mr. Arul prasad that i should inform in three days prior for registration. I had called him on 8th november stating that i would be there on 13th for registration. I was assured that it will be done. And to my worst nightmare i got a call from mr. Senthil on saturday morning i. E., 11th november that everything is ready for registration on monday i. E. Today, and when i will be bringing the dd for registration (For the amount which i paid three weeks ago to them), then i asked him about the amount we paid, he told me that he will verify and call back. To cross verify i called mr. Arul prasad who told me that there was process issue and instead dd he will pay amount for registration today. Now after travelling back 150 kms to cuddalore they are saying that he can't process registration saying that he can arrange the dd only tomorrow. Now mr. Senthil is asking my content to solve this problem personally and mr. Arul prasad is emotionally blackmailing me that he might lose his job if i escalate the issue to the customer support.

        I have great respect for renault, kindly clarify me these,
        What kind of support a customer get from authorized dealer for buying a car?
        I literally felt like buying a car on my own without any comforting support.
        I felt a worst way of hospitality and missing communication from the first.
        And to the worst i had treated very bad today, and my call was not at all responded.
        Now i spent rs.3000 worth fuel for my journey and rs. 2000 on driver, two days of my time and immense mind disturbance because of this issue, i need compensation for this.
        I expect all the explanation for my problems, and now i am worried that how my further registration and vehicle service will be done by irresponsible people like mr. Arul & mr. Senthil. So, i also expect some one else to handle my further process as i am tired of lies because of these people.
        I have detailed call logs and messages for my claims, and enclosing other documents as attachment with this mail.

        I am very disturbed and irritated by this issue. Kindly do the needful.

          I bought a car renault lodgy from bhilwar nirmal cars on 25th july 2015 and met a car accident on 25 september 2015. Car was almost damaged and went to repair at nirmal cars udaipur. There they cheat with me used local parts in my car, many parts are fully damaged they just temporally repaired it, they color my car in a local service center, many problems are still there in car. I go to nirmal cars branch at bhilwara many times but issues are not solved. Now still my car stand in my garage.

            Hi team, my renault kwid car battry of brand amaron got drain without any notification on display at dashbord. I struck in middle of my journey n now renault is refusing to change battery saying its out of warranty. A betry shuld work for atkest 3 yrs while for mine its just 1.8yrs. Thy r harrasing me mentally for this as its a low qulity betry thy puting by purchasing at a low price of bulk order.
            If i hv got battery problm notifications thn would hv resolve it but i ws driving smoothly n i stopped for 1 min n suddenly car failed to take ignition.. How it cn be possible tht ur driving car from last 50km without a single issue in starting engine n all of a sudden this happened.. N tht too due to their poor quality battry.
            Pls help. Me as by selling duster n kwid renault is thinking of themselves as king of autoindia.

              As i booked renault lodgy rxz 110ps fieryred car on jun 21, 2017 at khivraj pearl - pondicherry renault showroo (Moolakulam), but still they have not yet delivered and i paid up to now 60k.

              Actually i booked the car for my marriage but now it almost 5 months and they have not delivered the car and asking me to wait.
              But they promised me to deliver the car before marriage date. But i paid 600 rs on my marriage reception to stand that lodgy demo car in front of reception hall.

              At that time they told that gst is the reason for delaying. After gst they told that increase in price but that have not inform about delivery.
              I waited for diwali also not delivered.
              I waited for wife bday and my parents wedding day, then also they have not delivered and cheated me by fake promise a lot.

              Finally i registered a complaint on customer care renault, after that only brachhead of that showroom sent a mail to me that they will deliver the car on or before december.

              And now i asked for progress of delivery they are repeating the same dialog.

              Even a govt. Office will perform faster than this production department.

              Now they are telling the same dialog and they telling that not in stock.

              And today (10-nov-2017) i again spoke to customer care for 22 mins (Screenshot attached), i asked is the production stopped for that car. He replied not it is in production only. Then i asked why you are not able to deliver a single car for me like that. Again he repeated the same dialog. I was totally irritated of getting the same dialog from all peoples working in renault showroom.

              I have not asked for any other car apart from renault productions, i selected the car and color from their brochures only.

              Before booking the car, the showroom peoples called me daily basis and after booking they are all making me to call daily basis.

              Here i have attached the mail conversation screenshot.

              I want the delivery date of the car because you peoples only sent me the mail and make me wait.

                Dear sir,

                We bought new kwid car from renault himayathnagar branch on 26th october 2017, booked under mrs. Gopala ratnam krovvidi. As the showroom coordinator promised to provide basic accessories on 26th oct 2017 on booked date and the same was not done and then they promised to provide the same with in 10 days from date of delivery (I. E., on 26th oct 17) but still they are not providing the same.

                Please do the needful as early as possible.

                  Concerns observed from vehicle after delivery
                  1) black smoke within 2500kms
                  2) rapid drop of mileage.
                  3) failure of egine parts within 11days or 2450 kms
                  Renault complainant team is not giving proper details for above concerns. I request engine

                  Pd/engine service team to give why failure happens.

                  My source of income as been blocked due to this concern. Already the sales team as made delay in delivering the vechile. Now i am unable to pay the emi of the vehicle.

                  I request the renault team to give me new vehicle instead of replacing the engine and compensation for my loss.

                    Visited already 2 times in a month
                    At ajmer authorized renault service centre

                    For noise coming in car which irritates during driving and loose confidence for driving long distance.
                    Still noise persist.

                    Even on charging very heavily by renault team, they provide poor services.

                    We spent about rs 8500/- in a month, bill copy attached, noise still persist.
                    If we visit again they will charge again heavily.

                    Previously the dealers (Mr vishal (Sale person - [protected], mr pathak sales manager - [protected]) of ajmer cheat us by selling old model car, the also cheat us by telling car with 4yr warranty. Later company supported them and still trying to refuse customer even on providing audio recording evidences.

                    Now, its renault service team turn to bill heavily as much as they can with inappropriate services, so customer will visit again and again, and they charge again and again.

                    We will never recommend to buy renault car to anyone.
                    Poor and worst services of renault car in ajmer.

                      3 months back i'm buy a new renault kwid in renault omr chennai. My vehicle issue is steering cross aligned from the date of purchase. After one month this issue attended by renault omr service center. After service car tracked in left side. But, service center personal told that car not tracked in left side. So, again service center person wheel aligned in front of me. Left side caster value is showing red indicator. I'm escalated this issue to mechanic he told that caster adjustment is not available in kwid. So, i'm not responsible. So, this issue is manufacturing defect issue. 10 days before this issue attended renault omr service center and told me caster adjustment is not available. So, he interchange front wheels and checked working fine. After 2 days this issue again raised. And i'm unable to drive long distance. I'm saw a video if caster not aligned correctly vehicle track in left or right side. So, clearly this issue is caster issue and manufacturing defect. After that i'm send lot of mail to renault customer care. Till now customer care no response. So, car buyers don't buy kwid. And don't waste your valuable money.

                      05.11.2017

                      Yesterday i had delivered my vehicle to renault omr service centre, chennai. Service manager informed technician to check the wheel alignment. Service manager after verifying technician report, informed me that wheel alignment is normal. Photo attached for your reference. (Alignment is not within specified range and showing in red indicator). And also informed that steering also hard. That also checked by the service manager informed me that it is also normal. I’m not satisfied and ask him to check with the other vehicle, its steering is smooth and free and not so hard like my vehicle. He informed other official thru phone about the condition that steering was hard not normal. He adviced to check the steering bug.

                      The technician who checked the steering bug informed us this steering is normal. I have checked other vehicles and my steering is so hard. He informed me to come on 19th nov 17. On that day i request your concerned engineer to visit the renault omr service centre to solve my problem.

                      Due to steering hard and left side track, it is very difficult for me for long distance travel by using this car. Previously i have used hyundai santro xing and not faced such a problem. I am 100 kms away from the service centre and request you to solve the issue permanently within 2 to 3 days.in case there will be delay for servicing. Kindly arrange for standby vehicle till completion of service. For this problem i have travelled 3 times (Chennai & tuticorin) to your showroom (Consumption of fuel and taking more leave) by using this vehicle.

                      3 months before this vehicle purchased. 3 times this issue attending by your service centre. Till now this issue not resolved. I’m very disappointed for your vehicle quality and service. My colleagues and friends advised me to purchase maruti or hyundai and not go for, renault kwid as this vehicle is new and not proven model. But, i choosed renault, because very old and trust of this company. But, after purchase of renault kwid my trust on your vehicle has changed.
                      In service centre service manager is silent for providing me standby vehicle, when my car is under service for 2 to 3 days.
                      Pl take this vehicle and provide me new vehicle. It is new vehicle went on continuous repair within 3 months. Nobody will accept this quality. I won’t recommend your vehicle to my friends and colleagues.

                        I met an accident on 26 july 2017 while driving in my duster car with my family. God saved us. But my question is that why the air bags didn't open during a major accident. Everybody asked/ told me to make a complaint to consumer court even personals from the your own workshop. I purposely didn't because it will provoke the workshop and any further damage may be done to my car which i may not be able understand even after delivery. I am just a user. The vehicle had been picked up on 31 july by the workshop. Today it is the 100th day. Now they say that the bill is not sanctioned and wait for call and come and pick up. Some of my friends who were interested in the vehicle is of the opinion that poor performance of the workshop made them rethink. It is very sad to know of the poor satisfactory action from your workshops. Please understand the difficulties of customer when a vehicle is damaged. Many of the customers have only one car at home. I need a clarification for both my complaints especially of the airbags. I will take the case to the court after hearing. You have to compensate to my personal damage. With respect. You are hereby asked to keep my complaint a secret until i inform. Thanks.

                          I was driving my car mp13 cb 7105, renault kwid car, in piplani bhopal area, at around 9:30 pm, then suddenly smoke started coming from a. C and after sometime the car started burning. I came out of car from such a terrible condition, otherwise i would have been burned in the car.

                            I purchased a Renault Duster car in your showroom on 2014 and while taking the vehicle I got a confirmation that it is on extended warranty.

                            Currently one of your dealer has given a quote 55000 Rs for the below car service rendered

                            I have not run my vehicle more than 25000Km but all these issues are found. Not sure how am I expected to pay so much money as per the split up above.

                            All these totally seems to be manufacturing defects on the vehicle and I don't understand why the extended warranty has not been covered to replace these parts immediately

                            Since I use my car only on the weekends for a drive within the city limits, I don't want to hear any excuses declaring that wear and tear break items will not be covered under warranty.

                              This has reference with your concern raised at renault india regarding your vehicle bearing registration no: - tn12k4573 kwid, your vehicle reported on 30.10.2017 for key getting struck, brake light & front silencer damage, after thorough inspection by our technical experts, we found front silencer got damaged due to external impact.

                              As you aware, we have investigated the case with at most care and found that the root cause for the damage is due to external impact. We regret to inform you that, this defect cannot be attributed to any manufacturing defect and the same wouldn’t cover under warranty as per renault warranty policy.

                              Attached along, pls find the photograhs for your reference.

                              Please do not have any apprehensions in this regard. We assure you of our best service support always.

                              Its mentioned that due to external impact it got damaged. If you see the image there are scratches but it looks like silencer got damaged due to heat and that too different place from the scratches. If you see other images there are many holes in other places of the silencer as well.

                              I had faced the similar issue 5 months before and the service advisor from this same service center promised me to change the entire silencer but they changed only the rear part of it in the warranty. Now they are saying, problem in the front part of the silencer and it can't be claimed in the warranty due to external impact.

                              Even not 2 year completely over but I am facing many issues with this KWID car. Sometimes I am feeling bad that I had chosen this car as my first car.

                                I bought a renault kwid climber amt from trident renault in palace road bangalore on the 05th september 2017. Firstly the service at this place is pathetic! Now post going across all that mess renault gives me a car that makes noise more than a normal diesel car would do in spite being a petrol varient! Secondly the car makes abrupt sounds when turned on! Doesnt seem normal! Ain't expected from a company as renault to treat consumers like this. Expect a reply.

                                    This is regarding my kwid car which i have purchased 2 years back at the cost of 4.15 lacs. I have taken loan for the half of the cost but i am very very disappointed to say the time i have bought the car i have to pay monthly extra cost for service of any one or two parts of same along with my installment payment which is too much burden on me. I just want to have some solution of same. Either refund my money back or stop my loan installments or exchange my car as i have already paid double of its cost.

                                      3 months back i'm buy a new renault kwid in renault omr chennai. My vehicle issue is steering cross aligned from the date of purchase. After one month this issue attended by renault omr service center. After service car tracked in left side. But, service center personal told that car not tracked in left side. So, again service center person wheel aligned in front of me. Left side caster value is showing red indicator. I'm escalated this issue to mechanic he told that caster adjustment is not available in kwid. So, i'm not responsible. So, this issue is manufacturing defect issue. 10 days before this issue attended renault omr service center and told me caster adjustment is not available. So, he interchange front wheels and checked working fine. After 2 days this issue again raised. And i'm unable to drive long distance. I'm saw a video if caster not aligned correctly vehicle track in left or right side. So, clearly this issue is caster issue and manufacturing defect. After that i'm send lot of mail to renault customer care. Till now customer care no response. So, car buyers don't buy kwid. And don't waste your valuable money. Service center and customer care also sleeping.

                                      Yesterday I had delivered my vehicle to Renault OMR Service centre, Chennai. Service Manager Informed technician to check the wheel alignment. Service manager after verifying technician report, informed me that wheel alignment is normal. Photo attached for your reference. (Alignment is not within specified range and showing in red indicator). And also informed that steering also hard. That also checked by the service manager informed me that it is also normal. I’m not satisfied and ask him to check with the other vehicle, its steering is smooth and free and not so hard like my vehicle.
