[Resolved] Renault — Renault Triber Starting Problem. | |
On 6th-Jan-2020 I had bought a Renault Triber RXZ from Autogenuine Project sales and service Pvt Ltd, Patna (Bihar) and only after few months on 16th-Aug-2020 around 2 PM when I was going to Patna for medical emergency I stopped my car on roadside in Madhepura (Bihar) for some work and after that I was not able to start the car, I tried many times but the car was not starting. Then I called the Patna showroom for some help and suggestions but even after their assist the car did not start. So they told me to call Renault Roadside assistance. So, I called the Renault roadside assistance many times and finally at around 7PM they sent a mechanic. The mechanic checked the car for around 2-3 hours and then he told me that the car can not be started here and you call the Renault roadside assistance for towing the car to the nearest service center. So, I called them and they said that in 4 hours your car will be towed to the service center but that did not happen. But whenever I called the road side assistance then they said that it's already towed. They were completely lying because the car was right there. Finally after lot of calls and drama they towed my car at around 11:30 AM on 17th-Aug-2020.They repaired my car but they also charged me money, which should not be charged as my car is in warranty period and also I have taken the extended warranty of Renault. And also while towing my car to the nearest service center they damaged my car and broke one of my accessory. Now again from few days same problem started, whenever I tried to start my car It showed charging fault and engine fault on the instrument cluster, but this time the car was do getting started but after a lot of attempts and hassle. So again I filed a complaint on 29th-August-2021 in Renault about my serious issue. My complain number is 4_11208756. But on 7th -September-2021 when I tried to start my car there was no power left in the car. Headlamps, self start, horn etc nothing was working and obviously the car was not starting. I think, I did a very big mistake by buying a Renault car. The only thing that Renault has assured me is the mental tension which I am getting after facing so many problems regularly in the car. As my car is still in warranty I want Renault to do something serious as soon as possible otherwise I think I will have to file a legal case against Renault for cheating me like this.
