My self Chandan GP, using Renault duster car with Registration no KA11M6368, I left my car for repair in your service center on 15/08/2021, due to insurance claim and delay available of spare parts your service team said they completed work on 14 sep 2021, after that I informed to check clutch, in mean time because of inexperienced service team they created other issues in car.
Service Advicer said to collect car, when I visit showroom by travelling 70 KM, they came with new stories, the big issue is your company employees won’t respond to customers.
I m using this car from last 6 years, because of your service failure I stopped to visit showroom for service, but now it is more worst than before.
Atleast have to see how vidhatri motors pvt ltd mysore, will overcome from there service failures….
