    My self Chandan GP, using Renault duster car with Registration no KA11M6368, I left my car for repair in your service center on 15/08/2021, due to insurance claim and delay available of spare parts your service team said they completed work on 14 sep 2021, after that I informed to check clutch, in mean time because of inexperienced service team they created other issues in car.

    Service Advicer said to collect car, when I visit showroom by travelling 70 KM, they came with new stories, the big issue is your company employees won’t respond to customers.

    I m using this car from last 6 years, because of your service failure I stopped to visit showroom for service, but now it is more worst than before.

    Atleast have to see how vidhatri motors pvt ltd mysore, will overcome from there service failures….

      My kwid car KL43K 754 its champer has broken from wood pice. That was very horrible thing for me in my life even company getting rs 4.17lacs for top model in cochin. Now i consumer will have to pay money from pocket. This car never be used in night. Fraud things with customers. Nobody check such thing during purchase this car.

        Car AC not working

        I purchased Renault triber during the year 2020 and at present, Car's AC is not working since few days. However, I visited to Renault Service center Aligarh and informed them about AC issue.
        But they told me that an amount of 3500.00 + GST will have to paid for said issue. However, my car is in waranty period.

        Therefore, it is requested to clear about payment for said issue

        Should have I pay for it or...

        Poor Service and No Product/Spare parts Availability

        I Bought Renault kiger in March 2021. Recently there was an accident with an Auto and the left front of the vehicle got damaged . It was not a major accident but the service center representative told me that they will replace Bumper, head light and some other minor fixes.           I am Ali Mansoor a Medical doctor from Iraq. I have brought renault duster 2018 2 years ago. I faced a gear shift problem whereby the gear is stuck on 1st every now and then. This problem caused an RTA a year ago leading to death ojf my grand daughter. I visited three different survice center in Iraq, but no one offer a solution. Please help me fox this issue.             I am an owner of 110 psi Renault Duster and like to share a horrible experience with Renault India and Nanavati Motors Surat(The Authorized Service Centre A.S.C)

            I have their Anytime warranty program and am paying apprx.Rs 30, 000 every year for last 2 years .One day while driving, the car started vibrating badly and I had a difficult time driving it to their A.S.C .Their service person said that it is injector problem and gave me a bill of Rs 43250.When I reminded them that the Injectors service/Replacement is clearly mentioned as covered under warranty, they started making silly excuses that fuel contains dust etc.I have always got service done as per company recommendation and always refuelled with standard fuel pumps like Reliance, Essar etc.After communicating with other customers, came to know that Renault and their A.S.C always finds lame excuse to reject claims using silly excuses like given to me. Renault Quality is very poor and their A.S.C are hand in glove with company.If I don't get a solution, I plan to file a case against them in the near future .

                Renault Triber Starting Problem.

                On 6th-Jan-2020 I had bought a Renault Triber RXZ from Autogenuine Project sales and service Pvt Ltd, Patna (Bihar) and only after few months on 16th-Aug-2020 around 2 PM when I was going to Patna for medical emergency I stopped my car on roadside in Madhepura (Bihar) for some work and after that I was not able to start the car, I tried many times but the car was not starting. Then I called the Patna showroom for some help and suggestions...

                I have had a horrendous experience since the day I have unfortunately booked a vehicle with Renault. I dread and curse my decision to even consider Renault over a certainly more prominent and established player.

                I write this to you with sheer anguish post the mental harassment that a Delhi Renault and Jammu Renault Team has put me through post delivery of the car.

                I have already raised multiple communication through Phone Call, Email, Whatsapp and best possible means. My complaints are as below :
                I unfortunately made my first transaction on 1st Feb 2021 to buy my first vehicle of my life, which is usually the happiest moment in anyone's life. But this decision of going with Renault has turned up into a pathetic experience along with the worst decision. The car which was being sold to me was a 2020 model and there were many dents on the bonnet of the car and this was witnessed by the Renault Delivery team.Somehow, i gathered my emotions and stayed foolish to accept the assurance of renault team that car will replaced.Yes, the car was changed but ideally I should not have trusted Renault team as I was not aware I will be be-fooled again.
                After taking the delivery the car was not accelerating properly, still after driving 100 odd kms I was facing the same issue.Also during the first service of the car I mentioned this issue with them.But being innocent and naive I banked upon Renault service team and they said that the issue will be resolved.The said issue was not addressed properly.
                Then I drove this car to my home town purposefully to gift it to my MOM after all the efforts of my hard earned money.Then one fine day I was out with my family and when I parked my car and then started again and unfortunately it was not getting started.After trying to start the car multiple times but I failed then I called for the assistance which was my mistake again.I was stuck at night alone in the midst of a road then a guy came around 10-10:30 pm which I appreciate but he couldn't solve the problem and the car was not getting started. So I left the car over there and obviously again my disappointment started bothering me mentally as well as emotionally.
                In the morning the guy came and he witnessed the issue.So in order to start the car he gave an external power to the battery and started the car.After getting started he took the car to Renault Service center jammu to diagnose the main issue. I was chasing them for the whole day over call for the issue and they mentioned that the car has a battery issue. Now to my surprise when the car was getting delivered back to me I came to know that the battery was changed too to a different vendor and acceleration paddle was also changed, this whole thing was done without me knowing or taing my consent or even informing me.Also all the things were kept under table and when I was asking them only then they were mentioned that what exactly they have changed.
                Then to his justification he was saying the pickup of the car is not accurate as they changed the battery and that is the reason they replaced the acceleration paddle.So I raised the issue again as the car was not performing as expected and even worse till date.This car is only 2k Kms driven and I am facing so many issues along with the service.
                After so much of the stress given by the renault people I was getting multiple calls for the resolution and assurance but that was all fake ang vague.Eventually Mr. Gaurav introduced him as a Area Head North and we had a con call with his team which led to a pathetic service to a customer who is still in trouble by buying a vehicle with Renault.I didn't get the resolution till date which I desired for or expected for.Every call was being made with new executive/managers but unfortunately it gave me more stress as I explained the issue to everyone separately. That too in such a situation when I was not happy with the Renault Service Team.Every person was giving me fake assurance but no healthy resolution was given to me. After so much disappointment and disbelief I am writing to you and expecting the best support.It's been a very ridiculous experience till now with Renault.I request you to read this mail as a customer and post that give your resolution by utilizing good offices.
                Also me to share the previous conversation since the beginning and I am requesting you to provide me a solution considering the stress and the harassment. I am banking upon you as a supreme.

                      On 25 August 2021, I purchased a car Renault triber RXZ from your dealership with Engine no. B4DA417E082643 and chessis no. MEERBC001M7102360 and registration number not assigned. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because the display of music player and back camera and display touch not working properly from dated 25/08/2021 (at the time of delivery)

                      I would appreciate it if you could organise to have the problem fixed by 4th sep 2021 cause I handover car on 1sep 2021to unnati vehicles pvt LTD showroom for resolving the issues. I take continuously follow up with showroom employee crm ms vishaka mam, and manger mrunal mam from last 2 days but still issue is not resolved. As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my car for traveling/transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost.

                      I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 4th sep 2021, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through Consumer Protection or through the courts.

                          करोनाकाल में एक सर्विस ना करवाने पर सर्विस सेंटर ने गाड्डी की वारंटी and खतम बताते हुए, गाड्डी में आ रही कमी/पार्ट बदलने से किया इंकार, एक सप्ताह कि बाद ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र में बात करने पर, सर्विस सेंटर ने लिया गाड्डी का ध्यान।
                          10 to 15 lack तक की गाड्डी ले के कम्पनी यदि महामारी कि दौरान ०१ सर्विस कि चलते वॉरंटी समाप्त के सकती है तो कम्पनी कि साथ आगे चलना मुश्किल होगा।।

                            आपका सर्विसिंग सेंटर बहुत ही घटिया किस्म का है, कस्टमर को 200 किमी से बुलाकर सिर्फ हेड लेम्प चेंग कर भेज देते है, जो कि घर के आते तक 3 घण्टे के अंदर में फिर फ्यूज हो जाता है।
                            बैटरी 1 साल के अंदर में डिस्चार्ज हो रहा है, जिसे कुछ नही किये, नया नही लगाए, समस्या नही सुधार सके
                            केबिन के अंदर का डिक्की खुल नही रहा उसे नही सुधारे इंजन गार्ड पहले से बता देने के बावजूद उपलब्ध नही करा पाए

                              This is Kapil Sharma, owner of Renault Duster AT purchased from Trident Whitefield, Bangalore, on 11 Jul '17 there was also an extended warranty on the car which was purchased by me. Chassis number: MEEHSRSGMH3000015 and Engine Number: HR15760648F

                              I have given my car for periodic service at 49142k KM mark on 26th Feb'21. I did report a jerking issue while auto gear shift. Service advisor said that they have done reprogramming and now the jerking issue will not occur. I felt a jerking issue just after taking the car from ServiceNow centre which I have reported to Sharukh, service advisor. I couldn't go back to the service centre as I was busy in my personal life, I drove almost 3k more with the same jerking issue and finally decided to visit service centre to fix it.

                              Hence, I drove my car to the service centre, gave car to them on 7th Aug '21. It took almost 7 days to diagnose the issue which was related to Gear Box by Service Advisor Dharma. I was shocked, gearbox issue at 52k KM within 4 years and 1 month, and I was told this is a manufacturing defect.

                              My car’s warranty ended on 14th July’21.

                              The Trident Renault and Renault India have put a refurbished part in gear box without my consent. In fact, I sent email to not do so. They want me to pay for labour and consumables cost of work done to put refurbished part, not ready to provide any warranty of refurbished part and expect me to drive this car. This puts my and my family’s life in danger. They are doing wrong practice with Indian consumers.

                              I have paid 12.5 lacs to purchase this car and gearbox failure at 52k KM in 4 years shows bad quality product.

                              As Indian taxpayer, my only ask from you to get justice. As from Renault customer care to Renault India CEO are not giving me safe solution and asking me to bear the cost. Its been 23 days since my car is in service centre and this is another source of suffering since I have no other vehicle with me at home.
