[Resolved] Renault — repair of vehicle which met an accident | |||
My vehicle met an accident on 18/10/2019 and reached your varanasi work shop on 21/10/2019. My insurance policy was active and insurance claim was lodged on 22/10/2019. It was a cash less insurance from your insurance partner future general insurance. Insurance company made too much delay and finally gave the approval for repair on 15/11/2019. As on date your authorized service center in not in a position to deliver the vehicle as still some parts are not available with service center. Just cant understand what inventory of spares is being maintained by service center and who is responsible for this much delay which is creating hardships on customer. Vehicle cant be repaired just because spare is not maintained by service center. Does the company have any policy for service center about maintaining an inventory level, if so then why the dealer is not looking into the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
