[Resolved]  Renault — repairs / servicing / payments

Dear sir / madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: repairs and servicing
The issue that i have experienced was: 1.in service bill overcharging all the customers with rs. 450/-
+ 28% gst on it.
2. Took 15-20 days in service / repair under insurance, where other renault bhilwara service center,
Can do it in maximum 7 days.
3. Threatened my younger brother to go to jail, stating my insurance policy invalid, where after that,
Its valid.
4. Key issue of locking / unlocking persists after 3 services.
I have all the proofs in mobile recordings.
It occurred on: 18/11/2019
This meant that 1. Charged me a sum of rs. 450/- extra in three-four bills with gst 28% extra.
2. Without car i suffered allot, got birthday & family functions, mentally torchered.
3. My younger brother scared allot.
4. My car could be stolen in absence of proper locking facility.
Apology and refund / reimbursement of all wrong charges with gst via account payee cheque
