[Resolved] Renault — water leakage in kwid

I had purchased renault kwid in oct'16.in the first monsoon itself, in aug 2017 i was shocked to see buckets of water inside my car. I faced the same problem twice in 2017 and i took it to service center. The service center people told me that this issue was due to some knob plug and they removed it and told me that it will not happen again. However, again in july 2018 i faced the same issue and there was water all inside my car. Over and above, the service center in thane was closed with no information to customers and i was left with very far away service center options.
Now, i am worried that constant water leakage will affect the quality and cause rusting on metal in the base in future and by then the warrant period will also be over.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with such pathetic quality and services by a company like renault. I have lost trust in the solutions provided and i need a replacement for my car.
Kindly take this complaint on high priority.

I also faced the same issue last monsoon. The water is entering from the wiper drain side. the wiper drain path was choke in my case with leaves of trees. I opened the bonnet and there was 2 rubber stopper in the drain path of wiper and I removed both the rubber stoppers. Then it was ok.

How did you removed the rubber stopper??? Is this a design flaw???

I removed the rubber stopper with hand. It's very easy. Pour water on windshield after opening bonnet & see from.where water is coming out. You will notice the rubber stopper. It's a design flaw I guess.
