About two months ago i bought a zero renault capture 2018, chassis 717617, motor 3851, reached 2500 kilo until now, and found strange sounds, i went to the agent twice at two deferent places, during the first time i was treated with a very bad way, overall no one discovered what the strange sound is! The sound still exist when i turn right or left! What can i do?

    I purchased renault kwid amt from your thrissur show room for my son on
    December 2016. After one year of smooth driving, some sort of starting trouble occurred occasionally. On 14/7/2018 it broken down totally. We informed the company and they took the car to the show room work shop.
    Now it is more than 10 days and so far the default of the car is not cleared.
    We are contacting your thrissur show room work shop frequently and the answer is they have not received the default part from the company.
    Our vehicle no is kl 08 bl 2099 and the owner name is ajith.
    Please look in to the matter and do needful.

      I have purchased renault kwid on 04/07/2018. I paid 4, 45, 474.00 rs on delivery time. Dealer of renault showroom chandrapur gave me invoices/receipt of only 419019.00rs and showed 16, 548.00rs as excess amount and ready to refund it but remaining 9, 907.00 rs also i paid as extra amount. Manager of annati renault showroom, chandrapur refused to give me return that amount. He told me that 9, 907.00rs charged as rto service charge, which is illegal. Plz give me justice!

        I perchase a new renault Kwid two month back from bhubaneswar, odisha. After one month the vehicle show acceleration problem. i talked to the customer support and give my vehicle to the service station. They assured me to solve the problem but till date the same problem i face again and again.during my drive it stop automatically.During this two month the vehicle shows this problem many a time, and the renault people are not in a position to solve the problem.
        i want the vehicle to be returned.I do not want any vehicle from Renault.
        The worst vehicle i have ever seen.
        Don't purchase any vehicle from Renault. worst service they provide.

          I bought Kwid car in 30th june 2017. I also faced engine issues twice. Suddenly car got stopped. When i called customer care they said to find local mechanic and start the car by the support of another car. 2 times i had to bear it. But still i suggest kiwd car when some one ask.

          Actually before 2 months my car met with small accident and back dicke got bent and front very little damage. i took the car to Renault Car service center, madhapur, Hyderabad. They said that Car decki need to be replace and side mirror got damage and front side little damage etc will be done at once. so presently we don't have decki with us. So once decki comes we will call back you and will do all the other things combinely. We waited for 1 week and called them they said still pending. We waited waited but no call. Suddenly on June 29th my issurance got expired. As i want to buy insurance for 2nd year, they said they will do inspection and then they will do insurance, as i said about the issue, they said that i need to bear my own expense for damages and then they will do insurance. So in this circumstance what i will do. Can you suggest me?

              Renault Duster RXZ, bought in 2014, have driven 40K until now.
              The clutch is painfully hard despite all kinds of trials and errors by the service center. At first they tried bleeding. Worked for few days and it became very hard again. Then they asked me to replace clutch kit. Paid for it and got it done. Great relief immediately after that, but that too lasted only 3-4 days and the clutch became hard again. Third time, they tried something again. No use. The clutch is very hard again and its causing serious problems to my left leg as well as health. I have left the car at home and travelling by other means now!

              Two years back I had the same complaint, the service center did something that worked. I referred to it and the service center told me they did the same thing again - drain all the oil and do bleeding. But it does not work.

              I have a doubt they are trying to push me outside the warranty period to get some major replacement done that may be under warranty. I am a computer engineer and the range of automobile technology bull [censored] I get told to me by the service center is overwhelming!

              I need the following clarifications:
              1. What is wrong with the clutch? Is it a problem with all Renault vehicles or I just got a 'lemon'?!
              2. Why is it that when the service center does 'something', it works for a few days and goes back to becoming hard once again?!
              3. Based on the above description of events, have I been given the right advice by the service center? If they have been [censored]ING me, please suggest a better service center in Hyderabad.

              Started driving again after a brief break. Looks like there is improvement after the last service, although initially it looked like there was no difference. As I continue to drive last couple of days, there is some improvement. Need to drive in bumper-to-bumper traffic to make sure. Marking as resolved.

                Hi Renault india

                i am mailing u again...earlier i have mailed u on 23 may 2018... regarding brake issue...

                brake issue:- sometimes brake paddle becomes very hard and brake doesn't apply.It is very scary to go vehicle free flow when one is trying to control it with the break.. brake is also sometimes very spongy...sometimes its ok type...and sometimes its better than the best...

                let me explain in detail...

                on previous complain... i have visited service centre bokaro jhakhand..
                first time they only serviced only one of the rear wheel... i am again saying only one of the rear wheel... not both... but they told me that both wheel have been serviced... i got aware when one of the wheel starts heating up excessively...

                i visited again... this time i left my car for three days as they said for whole brake system servicing... but still problem not solved... after several visited again and again approx 5 to 6 times.. they replaced my brake booster with old brake booster of another car.. still problem not resolved... again after visiting several times they replaced new brake booster which came after 12 days...and for that time period i left my car for 10 days.. becoz with brake issue its not safe to drive..and i can't compromise with my life due to mistake done by renault which is such a reputed brand...but still problem is not solved... few days later i again visited and this time they said let, s try brake bleeding once again...but still problem is not solved... again after several visit..now they replaced my master cylinder(old one) from another car and told me that it has been replaced with a new one... when i told them next day, , they accepted that it was old one...their staff have given them wrong information ...anyways... still problem is not solved...

                now i got fed up with visiting servicing center again and again...in one and half month i have visited at least 15 times... but still problem is not resolved...

                plz plzz plzzzzzzzzzz renault india sort it out as soon as possible else i will give my car to municipal corporation. plz dont play with the life of your customer.

                Can somebody from Renault can look into this issue and train the staff and workshop also to rectify when somebody reports the issue. I found them incapable to deal or understand the issue. It is very easy to say that every thing is fine and no problem at all, whereas there are multiple customers who are facing the issue.

                  Renault as a brand does not have a conscience.

                  We bought a Renault Kwid AMT (Bangalore) just a few months ago. The car has spent more time in the service station than with us.
                  The issues with the car are as follows

                  The car has refused to start multiple times and every time we took it to Renault, they told us the software needed to be updated. They would update the software and the problem would occur again. This time they’ve updated the software yet again(they have done nothing new) and just given the car back to us.

                  What they did not do is fix the other problems we had told them about

                  The camera for the sensors isn’t working - this was told to the Indiranagar branch person(Irfan) and your Silkboard branch - but the car came back with the same problem

                  Since yesterday the central locking is not working almost suddenly and we are also unable to lock the car.

                  In the past few months we have had the car, we have regretted buying it every single day.

                  Whenever you raise a complaint, somebody from their end gives you very standard templated responses and offers no real help at all.

                  They will either say they are sorry, or they are coordinating or will reach out to us - nothing else

                  The manager from the Silk Board branch (Mr Santhosh) has said AMT’s are having this issue - then if the AMT’s are having this issue-
                  1) buy back the car and give the owners all their money back
                  2) replace the cars and make sure it doesn’t have the same issues

                  I would strongly urge everybody to consider other brands instead of buying a Renault, because service like this is very depressing and makes us regret going for a Renault. Their on ground customer service team is horrible(once the car came back with cables hanging- that’s how bad their service is)

                    I had purchased my Renault kwid in 2017, From starting everything was fine about car but after second service issue starts with my car, smoke comes from AC vent, water starts coming inside the car during rain .Due to my busy schedule I was unable to go for service .but as mansoon starts, it makes worst situation for me and my car, first week of July 2018, when there was heavy rain, then both front side of the car was drowned half from the height of seats and there collect 5 to 6 liter water inside the car which I drained by taking 45 minutes.And it makes bad smells inside the car and for prevention of bad smells, use air pressure at local shops at my own cost.
                    Then I decided to fix an appointment as earliest as possible.
                    As my 3rd free service was due, Renault agent contacted me on evening and had taken the appointment for next day .when next day(12 July 2018)I approached, Mr.gurpartap (Advisor)assigned to me but Mr kanwar approached me and i told all the history of my car which I explained above.
                    Estimated bill provide me where I found 1500 INR as LABOUR CHARGES.Then straightway, told if you cannot waive off labour charges during my 3rd free service then no need to do service of my car. And denied for Service.
                    Then I told Mr . Kanwar fix my issue of water collection inside my car and other concerns.
                    After half an hour he called me and said we had drained your ENGINE OIL, now we are going to fill new ENGINE OIL .when I asked why you drained my old engine oil without my permission, then No positive answer come from that side and asked about the issue of leakage of water, No satisfactory answer provided me.
                    and then I called Mr. Gurpartap and ask without my consent why drain my engine oil, he replied no problem ONE ANOTHER CAR WAS REACHED THERE FOR SERVICE, HE TOLD MECHANIC IN FRONT OF ME THAT DRAIN THE OLD ENGINE OF THAT CAR AND PUT IN THIS CAR, WHEN MECHANIC SAID THAT THAT WAS DIESEL CAR, WE CANNOT PUT ENGINE OIL OF THAT CAR, Then he kept quiet. Really it SURPRISED me that in front of me they are doing such petty things.IT WAS SEEMING LIKE THAT I WAS IN LOCAL MARKET NOT IN RENAULT WORKSHOP.
                    Instantly I said fill NEW ENGINE OIL
                    And decided to move from there instantly.
                    Before I left, Mr rajinder Kumar(parts manager) asked the reason for not to service I explained the whole event which happened.
                    Then ask for 5 minutes to solve the issue of LABOUR CHARGES. and sent me to waiting room, but after 20 to 30 minutes when there was no response, then I reached and asked, Mr rajinder and CC manager told me that after contacting their higher authorities, they will ready to waive only 1000 and you have to pay only 500 INR AS LABOUR CHARGES inclusive of GST.
                    I didn't have other option now, because I wasted there 2to 3 hours already and engine oil already they drain and service was my necessity of car.
                    As no other option, I agreed and told them the concern related to my car.
                    In evening, when I called, I came to know that there was water inside the car and they need one more day for diagnose the problem, I was not in hurry .I permitted .
                    When next day on dated 13.7.18, Me Gurpartap called me in morning around 11a.m that your car is ready and there is no problem now.when i reached there at evening 7 .00 P.M with my colleague, Firstly I checked my car from inside, It was still wet and persists .it was disappointing for me.i request to dry the car, they tried but problem still there.

                    Finally I decided to pay the bill, when I cross checked the bill, again I found that there was cheating done by RENAULT AGENTS,
                    There was commitment of rs 500 as LABOUR CHARGES WITHOUT GST, BUT INVOICE SHOWING( 550+ GST). STRAIGHTWAY I FELT CHEATED.It is not the matter of money, IT IS AGAINST WHAT THEY COMMITTED TO ME.
                    When I complained about it, CC MANAGER called to her senior instantly and after that she was ready to waive off the amount.But I denied as I was not looking for that amount refund. She tried all efforts but she had no powers as manager to refund my money, ATLEAST ONE SENIOR WHO TOOK THE DECISION AT THERE OWN LEVEL, SHOULD BE PRESENT THERE.ONLY SHE WAS PRESENT AT LATE NIGHT AND LISTENING MY PROBLEM BUT SEEMS HELPLESS..REST OF THE STAFF WAS MISSING. It SHOWED TOTALLY THAT RENAULT STAFF WAS NOT BOTHER ABOUT THE VALUE OF THERE WORDS AND CUSTOMERS AND TRIED TO CHEAT THERE CUSTOMER FOR MONEY .

                    My SECOND CONCERN
                    After all this happened, my another concern is regarding my ONLINE BOOKING AMOUNT FOR RS 10000 INR, Since more than 1 year has been passed, but till date it is not resolved .I had booked my car online but When at the time of purchased this car, JALANDHAR DEALER DID NOT PROVIDE ME FULL BILL AMOUNT AND charged me rs 10000 EXTRA .THERE WAS NO RECEIPT OF THAT .
                    RENAULT CHEATED ME FIRST TIME THERE AND NOW IT WAS SECOND TIME.
                    NOW, i can never FAITH ON RENAULT BRAND and in future avoid to any kind of purchase from this brand.
                    Some Questions raised.÷
                    1.Why without consent they drain engine oil if I am not willing for that?
                    2.If the issue of car was not solved, then how they can say the problem is solved ?
                    3.Car was in there shop for almost for 30 hours, why they did not dried the car fully before handed over to me?
                    4.Why RENAULT staff make wrong commitment for waive off charges and make additional charges beyond their own commitment.
                    5.IS IT MORE IMPORTANT FOR RENAULT STAFF TO TAKE LABOUR CHARGES IN FREE SERVICE RATHER THAN TO SOLVE PROBLEMS .
                    5.Why other staff was missing.?Why she was present there only as senior but no powers as manager.
                    6.why there approach was so casual?
                    7.Why Senior manager not present there to solve and listen all the concern on the spot?
                    8.When will RENAULT refund my rs 10000 plus compensation amount and now I want all my hard earned money refunded as earliest as possible?

                      I purchased Renault Duster RSX CVT on 09-July-2017. In this one year my car have been to service center for approx 7-9 times. Still service center people are not able to diagnose the problem with my Car's Air Condition. they have checked all the parts and replied that everything is fine. on the same had they all agree that my car's air condition is not working fine as it is giving warm air suddenly which make car even more hot and humid. i have been corporating the service center from last one year still they are not able to diagnose the problem. recently i came to know most of the CVT owners are facing the same Air Condition problem. Through which i can only conclude that there must be some manufacturing default. Even i complained to service center twice but there was no proper response from them they only say this line " We are sorry for inconvenience and we have forwarded your concern to technical department."
                      Never Expected such response from such reputed company "Renault".

                          1. I have purchased Duster Renault bearing registration no. PB11CA3648 in the month of September 2016 from patiala punjab.After 7-9 months of purchase( on 3rd service onward), the car developed problems with GEAR System ( Changing from First to Second Gear, on and off) which was reported at your local centre at Patiala mANY TIMEs and every time they claimed to got it rectified but all in vain.I also complained about when the car runs on first and second gear, there was vibration of the car since last six months since the last service done at 20, 000 km. At last they changed clutch plates on last service done on 23.4.18 as per their verbal saying after that the vibration stopped but the gear problem is still there till date and your local service centre is UNABLE TO RECTIFY THE SAME TILL DATE.Now "gear changing problem" is not only in 1st and 2nd gear but also with all gear 1-6 during ### since last 15 days.
                          2. Since last one year, the car developed snags in air conditioning system.Approximately in the middle of the journey of 100 - 200 Km, speed the air conditioner blowers reduces, and the coolness of the air flow decreases. Its a very cumbersome condition during this hot climate. The local centre repaired this fault two to three times and changed the filter .Apprx. 15 days back they tried to correct the air condition system.

                              Today I faced a worst problem while I driving Duster car that suddenly ABS and hand brake indicators ON and car steering got hard to take right or left turn. Please let me know about this problem.
                              This car runs 63000 kms only, time to time serviced with minimum 20000 rs of service charges for every service.
                              Really I lost hope on this company, I think this company playing with life of the people.

                                The vehicle had brought by me in month of dec on 2016, now been 18 month past with mileage of 22000km, I had faced several complaint amongst major was engine stoppage while running.

                                Hi renault team,

                                I am struggling with a peculiar problem with my renault duster car with registration no: ts07em9136 purchased in jun-2015. I purchased this vehicle from auto logic, kondapur, hyderabad. I have renault 2 years extended warranty which is valid till jun-2019.

                                Problem is gear rod/stick is locking while switching between first & second gear. It is happening once or twice in a week especially while taking the u-turns or continue on first gear for long and then switch to second gear.

                                I have been giving the vehicle for serving at auto logic service center, kondapur, hyderabad. During third (20k / 2 years) in jul-2017, i reported this problem. During that it was not fixed and told that it will go on its own and manager (Prasad) told me that we will fix it later if it continues again. Again i reported the same problem to fix it in oct – 2017 and that time auto logic team investigated for 2-3 days and told me to change the clutch pedal and replaced it part of extended warranty. Still the problem is not fixed. I waited and during 30k / 3 years servicing time in jun-2018, i reported the same problem. They investigated again, kept the car for 2-3 days and told me that there is a problem with clutch master and replaced it part of extended warranty. Within a week time, the problem repeated. This time the manager (Sarat) promised me that the problem will be arrested. I gave the car again for fixing the problem. They kept the car for 2-3 days again and told me that there is a problem with clutch plates and you have to replace and it is not part of extended warranty support and they replaced the clutch plates and charged me around rs. 7500. The manager (Sarat) told me that the problem will be fixed forever. Again after a week time, the problem repeated. Looks the problem is not fixed and the parts they replaced is nothing got to the problem i reported.

                                Now when i am trying to give my vehicle back to auto logic guys, they are not responding well and not taking my vehicle for fixing the problem. I am wondering whether the auto logic team did a right investigation of the problem or not. Replaced clutch pedal, clutch master part of warranty and clutch plates (Charged me rs. 7500), kept my vehicle for 2-3 days every time and the problem is not fixed. Not sure whether they have right skilled technical team to identify, fix my current problem.

                                Every time, i had to leave the vehicle to auto logic place 2-3 days i spent lot of money to commute to my office and other activities which caused lot of inconvenience.

                                I wanted to bring the above incidence to renault team and seek your help in 1) fixing my current problem permanently and 2) return my money rs. 7500 which unnecessarily replaced my clutch plates at my own cost and 3) auto logic team should not repeat such incidents with any other customers.

                                This is for Renault Duster car with registration no: TS07EM9136 in continuation to the complaint[protected].

                                Upon Renault team advise, I agreed to give the car for fixing the problem and accordingly I had given the vehicle at Auto Logic Servicing Center, Kondapur on 9-Jul. I struggled a lot in convincing the sales advisor (Prudvi), Technician (Madhu) and Branch Manager (Sarat). They were not ready to take the vehicle and arguing with me that the problem must have been fixed and I am lying . After going for a road test, they agreed to take the vehicle just because I am saying that the problem is not fixed. They had taken the vehicle just for the sake of taking but for not owning to fixing the problem that I raised. Most astonishing part is that Branch Manager (Sarat) is a not convinced on this. Can’t expect worse than this.

                                The vehicle was there at service center for 3 days between 9-Jul and 11-Jul and on 11-Jul and the investigation started. On 11-Jul evening, I was called and told that the problem is fixed. When I went to service center, they started explaining me that the problem is not fixed yet. Previously replaced part Clutch Master was not the right part put in place and as per Renault team’s advice, it should be replaced with another model of Clutch Master and the order for the new part is put in place which may take another 2-3 days. Once the part is reached, I have to give the vehicle for fixing it. I asked for confirmation, whether the new part will fix the problem. Not one is giving me the confirmation. They asked me to take the vehicle and I was told that I will be called once the new Clutch Master is arrived for fixing it.

                                I am totally disappointed with the whole episode of fixing my problem. First changed the clutch pedal. 110 PS pedal was put in for 85 PS model, not sure what is the reason for it. For the gear stuck problem, they replaced clutch master. While replacing the clutch master, looks they have not put in right clutch master compatible with 110 PS clutch pedal. Instead of identifying it, they replaced clutch plates and charged me rupees 7500. Now after investigation again they are telling me that wrong clutch master was put in and need to put the right clutch master to fix the problem.

                                I lost the trust and faith on auto logic service center team whether they will be able to fix gear lock problem with new clutch master replacement. My vehicle was there at auto logic service center for 12 days (3 days each time for 4 times) till now to fix this problem and not sure how many more days I have to give the vehicle. Struggled enough during these 12 days to commute to office and other activities (me, wife and 2 children). I am losing money in commuting, parts auto logic team is looting my time & money in parts replacement. No faith.

                                Should I continue give the vehicle to replace the clutch master part? What is the guarantee that the problem will be fixed? Do I have a solution to the gear shifting problem for my car from auto logic team and Renault team? Pl. call me and suggest me next steps on this.

                                  Renault kwid which was bought in march 2017 gives a pathetic mileage of just 8, km/l. Even with full acceleration the vehicle refuses to move. Had given the vehicle to the service centre in chennai 4 times for the same problem, said it was clutch cable fault and changed it but the issues have worsened. Today in the rain there was heavy seepage of water from the windshield.

                                    I gave my duster car for service to renault malviyanahar service centre on 28.06.2018. This was a regualar normal service, when i came back to take my car the left door was making sound i told them what happended to this, without any questions they repair the door and it was ok then.
                                    While driving back to home the a/c of the car was giving a lot of heat and was not working properly, they told the relay kit need to be changed but when i had talked to other mechanics they told relay kit cannot affect the ac this much.
                                    Suddenly while driving the temperature of the car increased and the car stopped, i told this issue to them and took the car back to the service station they did a road test of it and suddenly the car stopped at a highway.
                                    We slowly any how reached the service station and now they called the radiator of the car is damaged, gas need to be placed abd many other stuff.
                                    When i gave the car everything was in a great condition and working well, but i dont know what they did in the srvice station and this happened.
                                    They are telling me to pay for these expenses. Which they told around 35-40k.
                                    At no cost i will except this. Instead i will never take the car back and will file a police case againt this.
