[Resolved] Renault — water leakage in renault kwid | |||
On 08th july 2017 the front windshield of my kwid was changed since it was damaged due to a tree branch fall on the garage and it also hit the windshield. On nov 2019 the same vehicle was sent for repairing since there was water leakage through adjacent area of front windshield and body (Joint area of windshield where paste are applied to attach). What i understood that the glass was not attached properly when it was changed. It was paid repair service. They told that now it is ok. Again on 20.05.2020 i noticed that water is leaking through the same area. Please let me know what should i do? Why should i pay multiple times because of poor repair service by renault? Today received a call from renault service center and while i was telling the issue they were telling that vehicle was running. Is this a kind of justification? Finally i was asked to take the vehicle to their service center. Lets see what they? My final question to renault will you charge of this repair? If yes then i have no option other than paying you but definitely i will share my experience will everyone so anyone else to make them aware. Was this information helpful? | |||
