I have been staying in the house for more than 5 years I vacated the house on the 15th of October. We have paid 1, 20, 000 as an advance. Post which we sent some photos of the house to the owner as he is in Singapore. Also handed over the keys to his friend. Now he is claiming that there are a lot of nail holes and the house requires painting and he will only pay me once he does all that work. I told him he can keep 20000 and return 100000 but he is not accepting the same.
We have been chasing him since he is not reachable most of the time as he is in Singapore but he only responds to mail and that too at his own discretion. What action can I take in such scenarios? Was this information helpful? |
