Harassment over false allegation over already damaged product which we rented on 23/08/2023, Order ID:[protected]. Product: Washing Machine(Semi Automatic)
Upon return on 9/1/2024, we get a mail stating dues on damages which were already present at the time of delivery. Soon we noticed over Initial Inspection we took photographs of the damage. We have digital proof labeling the time and date and the last call we received of the delivery agent. We clicked the pictures with a gap of just 7 minutes. There Is no logical explanation of someone damaging the spinner without even washing the clothes In the main tub which will literally take 15 minutes. This accusation seems so illogical and absurd, nonetheless, they are still adamant about their claims and demanding a payment of 3500/- for the damages we're not responsible for.
We happened to rent two products and we requested a return order of washing machine and relocation of the wardrobe which Is the second product. Now that they have custody of two of the products, they are refusing to deliver the relocated product unless we clear the damages. We are getting constant emails despite sharing all the available proofs which evidently proves we're not at fault.
This Is ridiculous and seemingly extortion on many levels. Thus, I kindly request to look upon our complaint and do the needful. Thank You In advance.
