I have taken a sofa (3+1+1) from Rentickle and I have received on 01/07/2024. It is completely covered with plastic wrap when we got it. As I was not available my family received the item. After I reach home, we have unwrapped the sofa and we were not able to stand near it. It is full of dirt and an worst smell is coming from it which is coming in entire house now. It smells like I am living in poultry farm. We tried to reach them, they are asking us to wait for 24-48 hours. We are unable to stay in house with that bad smell. Now no on from their team is responding. I kindly request you to provide an resolution on it, as I am having small kids at home. I am frightened that my kids health might get affected with their sofa.

    Harassment over false allegation over already damaged product which we rented on 23/08/2023, Order ID:[protected]. Product: Washing Machine(Semi Automatic)
    Upon return on 9/1/2024, we get a mail stating dues on damages which were already present at the time of delivery. Soon we noticed over Initial Inspection we took photographs of the damage. We have digital proof labeling the time and date and the last call we received of the delivery agent. We clicked the pictures with a gap of just 7 minutes. There Is no logical explanation of someone damaging the spinner without even washing the clothes In the main tub which will literally take 15 minutes. This accusation seems so illogical and absurd, nonetheless, they are still adamant about their claims and demanding a payment of 3500/- for the damages we're not responsible for.
    We happened to rent two products and we requested a return order of washing machine and relocation of the wardrobe which Is the second product. Now that they have custody of two of the products, they are refusing to deliver the relocated product unless we clear the damages. We are getting constant emails despite sharing all the available proofs which evidently proves we're not at fault.
    This Is ridiculous and seemingly extortion on many levels. Thus, I kindly request to look upon our complaint and do the needful. Thank You In advance.

      My experience with Rentickle has been extremely unsatisfactory. Despite notifying them via email three months ago about my intention to return the furniture, I received no response. Upon my follow-up, they now insist that I must pay for the past three months because they do not accept requests through email. This lack of communication was not conveyed during the initial email where I made the request. To add to the confusion, even after returning their furniture, I continue to receive emails stating that they are extending the contract.

      There seems to be a significant lack of internal coordination within Rentickle. The finance, customer support, and grievances teams are reaching out to me separately, and none of them seem to be aware of the current status of my account.

      I simply want to cease receiving emails from Rentickle and bring closure to this matter. I want my deposit money. It is unjust for me to be charged for three months when I promptly communicated my desire to return the furniture. The mistake lies with Rentickle for not processing the request in a timely manner and only informing me after three months that they do not accept requests via email.

        This is in regards to my very first order that i had made through rentickle which consisted of one bed.

        Now the contract started out in May 2022 for one year but due to no usage of the same after 6 months i decided to cancel it.

        In december the cancellation of the contract was done for which i had received the amount that i was supposed to get back from my security and even mail for the same.

        Now they are asking me to pay and excess of 3400 for no reason and threatening me over whatsapp that a case will be filed and all which is clearly harassment.

        Therefore to bring this to your attention so as to get clarity over the same.

            I have requested for relocation of my bed on thru mail on 4th April 2023 and date for pick up was 28.04.2023 . In spite of continuous follow up request no one attended the call causing mental harassment. Playing with our sentiments, false commitment. Many times I requested but every time the call centre staff assured me that don't worry the work will be completed but not done. Very much disappointed by their service..

              I have ordered an air cooler from Rentikle on 1st April 2023 and had the most terrible experience after that . The product was delivered after 12 days and that too is a defective one. I am not able to use the air cooler at all. They have charged me 3561/- in advance.

              The customer service is pathetic. I have raised more than 20 incidents but every time they say"we have taken the complaint and we are working on it ". No one works on the complaint and they have stopped responding as well. The delivery guy wont respond and customer service wont help . They will take ur money and won't respond or action no matter how urgent the situation is. There is no update, no one calls back, customer service doesn't do anything . Customers are basically stuck with no options. Also reluctant to cancel my order and give a refund. Rentikle is a fraud company that should be shut down immediately.

                I ordered a bed from rentickle and had most harrowing experience after that . The delivery person wont pick up the call.
                The customer service would say the same sentence every single day "we have taken the complaint and we are working on it ". No one works on the complaint.i have called straight 10 days and still not received delivery date nor a escalation number . The delivery guy wont respond and customer service wont help . They will take ur money and wont respond or action no matter how urgent the situation is. There is no update, no one calls back, customer service doesnt do anything . U r basically stuck with no options

                  I ordered an alpha single bed on rentickle and they didn't accept my documents. They said that they are incorrect. So i cancelled my order and asked for refund. But they haven't paid me back my refund yet.

                    The service you are supposed to provide to a customer is ridiculous. I had requested for a relocation service of my products on 25th of September and have requested you guys to make the relocation as soon as possible as I will be travelling out of town.

                    The same was conveyed to you before 10days.
                    But you guys are so negligence and you customer service being horrible, I am receiving calls of relocation after a month!

                    Can you first explain this kind of service?
                    When I tried contacting you guys for relocation multiple times you didn’t bother to respond. Why should I continue the rental service with your company?

                    Is there any good reason for the negligence and the horrendous service I had to experience from your end?

                        I ordered multiple items from Rentickle and paid for 6 months rent in advance. I received half the products after 10 days of continous chasing with them. As for thr remaining half of the products, they told me that it will be delivered within 3 days as they have painted the furniture and it is drying. It has been a week already and there's no sign of any delivery whatsoever. No one is picking the call, No reply on the mail and no solution from the customer care executives.

                          I have placed and order on 15/6/22 in the morning to rent the above items and the same evening I got emails to submit bank statements or to pay 1500/- more to process the order further. Which I denied and requested to cancel the order. They informed me that they have forwarded to cancel the order and I will receive the confirmation in 24-48 hours.

                          On 16/6/22 I called them again to check the status of cancellation and was told since 48 hours not passed I should wait for the confirmation.

                          On 17/6/22 I again called and messaged them as 48 hours passed. Again was told to wait till day end.

                          On 18/6/22 I again called and texted them to get the confirmation but was again told the same that we have prioritized the request for cancellation and will get the confirmation today.

                          On 19/6/2022 again I called them and texted them to chase my refund and they said it is impossible to process refund now. Kindly wait 24-48 hours.

                          Again on 20/6/22 I texted the customer support on chat and the person replied the same to wait for further 24-48 hours. He even stopped to reply, there agents either stop replying on chat and calls or end the chat and calls abruptly. There services are awful. I have completely lost my money. Such sites should be banned. Kindly help. Ridiculous.

                            Ordered an air cooler 14 days ago, but still not received although website shows delivery within 3-5 days. Everyday I call them, they have the same reply, that wait till today, delivery guy will call you. But that doesn't happen. Also reluctant to cancel my order and giving refund. Total fraud company should be shut down immediately.

                              I placed an order with rentickle back in september, 2021 (order no[protected], which I wanted to change. The Rentickle sales person asked me to cancel which I did and placed a new order, paid in full for one year. Its been 6 months and every few months I get harassed by rentickle employees to pay for this order. And this is despite their own employee by the name of Sajid Sidiqui who implored the department not to, as is seen by this email to all the employees. Its disappointing to say the very least to see the inefficiency of the employees. @Amit Sodhi, please take note and take action.

                                I have booked TV and Washing Machine on rent for 30 days through proper website.
                                After filing up details they raised payment through gateway and I made the payment.
                                The gateway was through "AVA lifestyle and products private Ltd "
                                Everytime different people are calling but nobody properly responds about delivery. Paid Rs 8053/- in advance as demanded. Initially nobody was responding.
                                Then one message came demanding Adhar card and Address proof alongwith bank account statement and details of bank account..
                                Why bank details are required for renting the products.
                                I want to cancel my order. My order reference number is[protected]. I am ready to pay cancellation charges.

                                  Ordered on 27th and document verification completed on 29th with ETA for delivery 4-6 days. Compliant corresponds to not able to reach them. Tried multiple times to their 1-800 number, logistics number and no one picks phone. Though email ([protected]@rentickle.com) reply SLA is 24 hours, no reply even after 48 hours.

                                  Hope Rentickle team checks on this complaint and acts quickly.

Once you pay the amount, they will not respond to your calls or emails. You will just block your money here. I myself paid them in advance and since then, I have not even received my furniture nor they are taking my calls.

                                            I ordered a refrigerator from Rentickle.com on March 7, 2021 and it was received on 11th march, 2021 with order id:[protected] and on the .Recently, it suddenly stopped cooling and we raised a complaint with complaint id:63996, the concerned technical executive came to visit us and started blaming us that you people have broke the refrigerator and you will pay for it.I will not repair it and lots of other things.He was constantly arguing and repeatedly said that i will not repair it until you pay me.They have pathetic service and are very rude to customers.I need my deposit returned

                                              I booked a refrigerator on rent via Rentickle on March 7, 2021 and it was delivered on March 11, 2021 with order id:[protected].They also asked to pay 4 months rent in advance, which I've paid.I started facing issue within 2-3 months o[censored]sage and when I contacted them to get the issue resolved they are just saying that escalation team will contact you.It has already been 3 days since I reported the issue and no one has contacted me until now.Pls look into the issue and help me get my refund or pls tell them to get my issue resolved at earliest.

                                                I have booked products on rentickles i have paid the amount and documents they want they take 24 hrs on that ..as we r student after taking money they r say u r nt wrking so pay for extra 2 month we paid extra money they r saying we verify it for more 24 hr .. after 24 hr we cal they r saying u not paid amount we cal ur bank they said amount is alredy sent and deducted.. then we again cal on rentickles they said we r checking we mail all the transaction id and all they keeping saying it our fault.. then they said aftr mny hours tht the fault in their link and it take 24 hrs to resolve we waited more 24 hrs aftr 24 hrs thy said more 48 hrs to wait more then they check and aftr that they proceed..i dnt knw wht to do as i live far away frm my hometown i m having mental breakdown plz help me and resolve this

                                                  I have raised an urgent pick-up request on 27th June, 2021 as I have to leave the city due to emergency situation. I requested the customer care executive to mention that I need this pick up by 3rd July, 2021.

                                                  I received a mail next day with acknowledgement of my request and was asked to wait for 24-48 hours to get a call back.
                                                  However no-one called back.
                                                  When I tried to reach out to the SPOC contact given, that number was unreachable always.
                                                  After 2 days I reached out to rentickle over call and they registered another ticket for this and gave the usual reply "someone will get back to you on this in next 24 hours"
                                                  As usual nobody called back.I dropped a note that they can pick it up between"3rd-5th July" as I did not receive any confirmation yet and mentioned I can not extend my stay beyond 5th 1st half in the city.

                                                  Then I pinged on their facebook about the same issue and they responded with again an apology and acknowledgement mail within 4 hours.
                                                  However nobody had cared to call back and provide a confirmation on which date/what time it will be picked up.

                                                  Waiting for their "24-48 hours call back" which seem to take forever.

                                                    I took cooler for rent. They have placed bad condition product. I raised complent many times, but no use.
                                                    Till issue not solved. I want to end this contract with bad service of Renticle.

                                                      Hi team,
                                                      This to bring you notice that I have booked few orders from Rentickle over renting furniture for my Aprtment. Out my 4 order, 1 order ECS was declined by bank per Rentickle. And for that order I have already made a payment in advance for 6 months. Now they have not reached out to me over the failed ECS thing but instead harassing me and it’s real mental trouble. Due to Covid-19 I am out of town now and I have only request for advance payment for next 6 months but they insisted on paying the full rental till 2022. My question is why they have not asked me or called before hand? Why on earth with such notice they pressuring me to submit the such hefty amount? Is this how the customer service or they running their business?

                                                      Would request to look into this matter urgently.

                                                        I have been a customer of rentickle for 3 years and they have earned more than 50, 000 in rent from me in this much time. I am not moving out of hyderabad and need their help to return the fridge.

                                                        1. They delivered a faulty fridge to me for which i kept complaining for 6-8 months.
                                                        2. Now they have replaced the fridge and are still asking me to pay for the months when the fridge was not working. - complaint raised since 2nd august 2019
                                                        3. I have been trying to return this fridge since 31st august and they have not replied to me satisfactorily and are not clearing my dues by insisting that i pay for the all the months when i using the faulty fridge

                                                          I placed an order for an alfa bookshelf and a molfino 2 seater sofa + 1 + 1 seaters which is still to reach my home after 10 days and no intimation regarding the delivery in bengaluru where i live. Along with that i added a 4 seater dining set which came within 2 days of payment (I paid for all the above for 1+ 5 months in advance). The delivery department staff ganesh and nanda sent a set without checking or getting it cleaned as was promised in the website. The set was damaged and taken from a client directly and dumped in my house. The upholstery was different in one chair! Chairs were shaking and i can't sit. I kept calling the senior manager in gurugram who seems helpless in handling the staff in bengaluru. The bengaluru delivery dept phone is switched off. I am so helpless as only computer generated messages come as replies to my requests to care & support team of rentickle. I even requested my money back and no reply to that. I sent them the pictures of the damages and despite requesting, the dining set was delivered at 10 p. M. How unethical can a company be? Is there no solution to my misery? I want a replacement of the dining set and the order to be completed with the other furniture which is not delivered. Or please refund all my money.
