Rentickle — refund

I placed and order for a fridge on rentickle on 5th april, got stuck with their documentation process hence had to cancel the order on 13th april. Following the cancellation i was promised a refund of the whole amount in "5-7 bussiness days". Today is the 7th day and i have not heard anything from anyone at the company.

They've basically scammed 1, 882/- from me and now i'm struggling to get my own money back.
