I have returned the product on jan 14th 2020.
Till now they didn't refunded my deposit amount saying that i didn't pay 2 months rent.
But i paid and showed same bank proofs to them and even their confirmation email.
Then after they stop responding me.
I see many complaints over rentickle in this consumer forum. Kindly please take an action against them.
I'm attaching documents for the same.

order not delivered

I ordered one item from rentickle. They asked for so many documents to upload and uploaded all the documents also they have taken deposit amount. My order was supposed to deliver on 6th feb but my order is still not delivered. I tried calling customer support more than 30 times after waiting for more than half an hour no one is picking phone. I also wrote a mail stating this issue but no response from there end.

poor customer care service
I have called 3 times to rentickle costumer care number regarding washing machine repair. They always register complaint and say we will get back to you in 24 hours but provide no support.in the past also i have experienced similar issues with rentickle.

unauthorized amount deduction

Rentickle is deducting amount from my bank account even after discontinuing the product and expiry of the contract. Same has been communicated by rentickle on email that account has been stopped for deduction still they are deducting. How could they deduct money like this. This is totally wrong. They are stealing from customers.
I am so frustrated by this action from them.

worst customer service
Ordered a washing machine on 6th June and provided with the necessary documents (pan card and current address proof). Now They are asking for 6month salaried bank statement!!!
Even credit card companies dont ask for such info.
After a week i haven't heard from them and even dropped a mail but no reply from them
Nobody is even picking up calls amd after certain attempts the mobile number comes as switched off.

damaged product delivered

Dated 10th march 2019 which was delivered on 16th march 2019.
At the time of delivery the following defects were observed :-
1. The middle support beams (2 of them) present under the bed were damaged, both of them had a crack which was clearly visible.
2. The corners of the bed on the head side were damaged.
3. Images for the same has been attached.
The same was brought to the notice of the delivery team, apparently according to them such defects are not taken into consideration for penalty at the time of returning the rented furniture. I would like to bring the same to the notice of support team, and would like to know if this is a cause of concern to me or my safety. The same observations have been mentioned in the end of the documentation that i signed at the time of delivery.
The complain for the current ongoing issue was raised on 16th march 2019 (Reference to order number[protected] and has not been resolved yet.
It has been more than 2 months and no resolution has been given to me as a customer.
The poor handling of my complaint has cause me more of mental stress than discomfort. The support team even after promising to resolve the issue within a week has not been able to do so, which mislead me as a customer and has made my life miserable.

Other rental companies are far better than them.
I had rented a refrigerator and washing machine from them.
They gave a brand new product, every payment was made from us on time.
But when it came to returning the product, they showed their real faces for refund.
Our delivery was scheduled for 5th April, the agents were suppose to come b/w 10 am to 6 pm but they came by 9 pm without any Id cards. Made us wait the whole day.
After pick up, no update from the company.
We had to get back to them for confirmation.
Its 25th April and they have yet not processed our refund.
When you call their customer care, they do not respond, one has to keep on waiting in the line for long.
My advise to all the people who wants to rent furniture, NEVER RENT FROM RENTICKLE, they will only and only MENTALLY HARASS you and take your TIME.

I placed and order for a fridge on rentickle on 5th april, got stuck with their documentation process hence had to cancel the order on 13th april. Following the cancellation i was promised a refund of the whole amount in "5-7 bussiness days". Today is the 7th day and i have not heard anything from anyone at the company.
They've basically scammed 1, 882/- from me and now i'm struggling to get my own money back....

They take money in advance and then they don't even have a working customer care operation, i called them for so long also i mailed them but they don't respond. They have kept my document on submitted state and they haven't approved it. I can't cancel my subscription. I just want my money back. They aren't honest about there services. They just grab money and hold their services

Please never rent any product from rentickle! I have had the worst experience with them. Its been more than a week that i have made the payment and i have got no response from their end. I have been constantly calling and mailing them like a mad person but they seem to ignore all my emails. They are neither providing any solution nor are they refunding my amount. I would recommend everyone never to trust their website.

Hi,
I rented a cooler from rentickle on march 7th which was delivered to me on 14th march i.e. 4 days after promised date. The cooler started leaking on very first day and i filed for a complaint ticket number 19923 on 15th march, a executive came and fixed the cooler but it started leaking after few hours again. I asked to reopen the same ticket but a new ticket was created with number 20289 on 20th march. Its already been more than 6 days but no one has contacted me regarding this. I have talked to 3 executive and they always have the same response that our team will reach you out in 24 hours. I need to return the cooler and want my refund addition to damage caused to my floor and laptop charger.

delay in product delivery
My order no. Is[protected], extremely disappointed by the customer service provided by rentickle.
1. Lot of delay in document verification i. E ideally took more than 3 days inspite of the fact that i submitted documents in less than 30 mins from the time i placed the order, no response whatsoever over emails/calls.
2. I kept waiting on calls, no one use to respond, received msgs from renticle saying that they will get back to me in 24 hours but not even a single callback at all.
Still waiting for document verification and the deliver of the product.
Renticle will make you feel fool calling and messaging them but seems like they hardly bother about it. I feel that i have made a blunder ordering product from rentickle.

rent period and product returned 3 months back, but still money is deducting from credit card.

I have taken product for rent and returned 3 months back, rental payments all are clear from my side and they have taken products, but every month rental bill is deducting from my bank account credit card, it auto pay.
They didn't cancelled credit payment system, i informed them n number of times from 3 months and fed up.
Unauthorized payment deductions are been made from my account from last 3 months even though my tenure was expired and products are taken back by them.
This is a serious matter i action needs to be taken against bank and this fake rentickle company.
Now the company is creating faking bills. Product tenure is already expired and product pick is already done.
Now they are trying to create a fake extension of tenure service and deducting fake amounts without my knowledge
Necessary action to be taken against this company.
This needs to be solved out in district court.

Regarding to the order id[protected], your delivery team called me on 1st nov around 11:00 am asking when to deliver, i told them to deliver asap. Then they asked approx. Time i said like 2-3 pm. Then they said they could deliver only after 6:00 pm. I was literally shocked to hear such a response. I asked why you guys ask about the availability of other person, when you choose timing yourself. Later i requested them to deliver the product on 2nd nov early morning. They agreed and on 2nd nov they did the same as on 1st nov. It was really frustrated to see the same response again. I again requested them to deliver the product on 3rd nov asap.
Now on 3rd nov, they did same again. My anger is on the peak level. I wonder how your company is even running, if you don’t feel responsible towards your product and your customer.
I doubt that your company will survive for long.
But in the current situation what shall i do? Shall i cancel the product as i don’t trust your company anymore. Or shall i go to consumer forum?
Please advise.

I purchased "hindware 19 litre air coller from rentickle website through online process and made complete payment as per compnay process.
The product was brought on rent for 2 month w. E. F 1-june-2018 to 1-aug-2018.
Till date i have no record of any updates revived from rentickle team regarding schedule for return of product and refund of money to my account.
This seems to be a fraud website where customer after making complete has to chase the team for refund of their amount and they have no office address to locate in case of any fraud.
Request to rentickle team to take back their product and return my refund.
This service will can never be trusted again.

Being a renticle customer, i was disappointed with the services
I had rented a cooler on 2 july this year
I ordered a 19 lt cooler nd i got only 14 lt cooler and when i had talked with the member of renticle he said u would get the differential amount but i didnt get anything and no one had responded good
And then when my tenure got over on 2 sep no one had come to recieve it nd when i contacted an employee of renticle personally he said they will get back to you nd mail you soon
But i could not get any call nd only got an email saying i[censored] wish u can extend ur tenure nd i replied i m not interested plz take ur cooler back
And as i was a student so i left delhi just after this shifting the cooler to my friend s place by a tempo which costs me Rs 600
Nd then finally i got a call on 16th oct nd they said we are sending someone to pick up that cooler
Nd when i told them about my prob they said sorry we are not liable for it nd we cannot return ur money
Sir now my request from you is that i m not going to suffer becz o[censored]r lackadasical behaviour nd i have all the images with me that i mailed around 4-5 times to take ur cooler back
Now i can only say i want my money back before the delivery of cooler 900 security nd 600 my tempo rent i.e 1500
Nd i assure u that i will return the product just after i recieve it so kindly help me in my matter
