Rentmystay — Bad 1BHK: Booking ID: 46335 : No Check-In

Here is a state of affairs:
I was supposed to drive down to Bangalore on 5th March 2023 from Pune and I was looking for an extended stay, so I came across this website of yours and the link as:
Fully Furnished 1bhk Flat Kundanahalli for long term stay in Kundanahalli | Alt Service Apartment (rentmystay.com)

I liked the house from the pics and the videos as per the website, however unfortunately the ground reality is completely different ☹. The site pics are completely different than what the actual property is.

I reached the place at around 730pm IST on Sunday and this is what I see, after calling Mr. Shekhar:
1. The house was stinking with the worst odour possible, like a rat was killed inside and the house was locked, which was opened just yesterday,
2. The smell was so bad that I could not even step inside the house and stand for 2 mins.
3. When I asked what the stinking smell was, I was told “All flats are like this. The room was closed for a long time, so it would be like this and if you want, we can use the Room Freshener and get this smelling good.” And I am like what? How?
4. I went to have a look at the bedroom, with my face / nose covered and it was another horrifying experience, the beds were unkept, and the bedsheets were looking like as though haven’t been washed / ironed for ages. And there are spots on the bedsheets as well, not sure what or who did that.
5. The Curtains were just hanging and unkept as well, and I don’t know, how this is a furnished place.
6. The worst was yet to come, the kitchen sink was full of Black Spots, which as per the caretaker have been there since the start, and never cleaned, with a Taulia (red towel), hanging at the kitchen window so that there is some privacy, from outside ☹ to make things even worse.

Have a look at the pics which I took and sent to Ms. Shirisha (+[protected] and also to the Operations team (+[protected] from whom I never got a response.
I just now spoke to Ms. Sridevi and she denied my refund as it needs to be done 24 hoiurs before checkin..
How am I supposed to cancel when I am checking in for the first time
