Here is a state of affairs:
I was supposed to drive down to Bangalore on 5th March 2023 from Pune and I was looking for an extended stay, so I came across this website of yours and the link as:
Fully Furnished 1bhk Flat Kundanahalli for long term stay in Kundanahalli | Alt Service Apartment (rentmystay.com)

I liked the house from the pics and the videos as per the website, however unfortunately the ground reality...

I used to stay at the apartment provided by RentMyStay in Bangalore. I have vacated the apartment on October 11th, 2022. Before vacating, I had already paid the rent till Oct 13th, 2022. While vacating the apartment the company assured me that only one month deposit will be deducted from my deposited amount of Rs. 50, 000 and NO NOTICE PERIOD CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED. I booked a flat. Flat no. 402, ejipura, Bangalore using Rentmystay app on[protected] and I was told that the flat will be ready by 12 pm on[protected]. So I had paid the booking amount of Rs.10, 000.
But when I reached the flat on[protected], the room was not ready, not cleaned, no TV, Gas and amenities promised were not provided.
Since I had a medical emergency So I had to make other arrangements for my stay. And so I had cancelled the booking and raise the issue with the operation team of the Rentmystay company. But the company refused to refund me the deposited money.
Since I had not stayed a single day or signed any contract with the company, I believe I am not aware of any cancellation policy of the company.
