I used to stay at the apartment provided by RentMyStay in Bangalore. I have vacated the apartment on October 11th, 2022. Before vacating, I had already paid the rent till Oct 13th, 2022. While vacating the apartment the company assured me that only one month deposit will be deducted from my deposited amount of Rs. 50, 000 and NO NOTICE PERIOD CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED. Later company ended up deducting 18, 000 for 1 month rent and extra 4, 200 for notice period charges and 1, 000 for electricity charges. In last 1 month, I have sent several emails to the support team, sales team and operations team but no one is providing any response or justification. It seems like RentMyStay is expecting that ignoring these emails and phone calls will solve this issue for them. Highly unprofessional behavior from Rent My Stay!
