Rentomojo — About delivery of the product

I placed the order for rented furniture on 22nd Aug and also closed my KYC verification. Its been 4 days that i have not received any call nor have got revert from Customer service on the delivery. The chat support is not working nor of the customer service numbers. Email reverts are not received

Even after repeated emails, I am still awaiting the revert. Please find the snapshots for your reference. Your customer service chat support is absolutely useless. I have a simple query which has not been addressed or reverted even after multiple emails. "When will i Get the delivery of the product ordered?". If you guys have many customers and feel that you can lose 1 customer which is fair, then please initiate my refund of deposit and I will be happy to look for another vendor to help me deliver the furniture.

I have also tried on [protected] however I would regretfully inform you that this number is out of service.

I would be happy to give my genuine feedback about Rentmojo so that the customers like me can go to Furlenco or Cityfly for their needs.
