Rentomojo — charge after closure the subscription completed for a year

I cancelled an order from rentomojo after completion as due to lockdown they could not collect their furniture and charge without my permission. When i try connecting to the customer support, nobody picks up the call.
I have emailed them multiple times regarding the same. Rentomojo team does not respond to the email either.

It's ridiculous that at the time of registration every customer care executive will call you again and again to complete the pending documents and details but at the time of complaint they become unresponsive.
Very disappointed with the service.
