Rentomojo — Delaying the pickup & charging unnecessarily

I had a product rented 6 months ago. Two months back I have requested to pickup. They cancelled my request automatically. No response in customer care email & chat. Suddenly after 2 months they picked up & sent me a high priority email to pay 2 months rent. I told them that it's their mistake in delay, they never cared what I said. They just didn't refund my deposit. Now, no response for the emails, calls & chat. Scammers!
