I have ordered one ac and one refrigerator.. When placing the order i have done the payments including ac installation fee.
After placing the order i got confirmation like product will be delivered with in 2 3 days but after that i didn't get my product and when i called to the customer care they are saying product is out of stock while i was placing the order product was there after calling so many times i got my product 5 days later.
But after that also problem didn't resolved.. They are not installing the a. C till now it should be done with in 48 hours but it's already 5 days passed away after my product is delivered to me.. Product is there but they are not doing installation whenever i am calling them they are staying i should be done by today or tomorrow but it's not.
I am fed up now calling them again and again.. If you can't give assurance to your customer it's better don't do this type of business.
Now i am feeling like i have ordered from a fake company.
