Rentomojo delivered an AC yesterday. I have paid an online deposit amount. They refuse to install the AC cause it's an undeground connection. I asked them if I can install it myself through a technician, they refused that. My flatmate ordered an AC from them and they allowed her to install it through a different technician as they dont install underground connections. But tehy are not allowing me to do the same.
They are asking menow to initiate closure and pay extra early closure charges. They have my deposit, are asking me to pay early closure charges when the AC is not even installed or unpacked. I just want my deposit back. Was this information helpful? |
