Rentomojo — regarding misbehaviour of the person from rentomojo

We have a fridge, a washing machine and a microwave on rent, we got 1 daydelayed in paying the rent this month. The person from rentomojo came and started misbehaving with my flatmate, she was not even able to walk properly as she had serious injuries. He came and started banging and shouting at her while she was alone. I don't understand when they have the security with them what is this way of misbehaviour with their customers.
