Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — 2% extra charge by hospital for cashless mode

Moolchand medicity hospital located in lajpatnagar, delhi 110024. This hospital taking 2% extra payment for debit card and credit card payments. Government of india promoting cashless economy but this hospital suppressing cashless economy by charging 2% extra on debit card payments. Is this acceptable in digital india cashless economy? People are paying by debit card due to cash crisis after demonetization. But this hospital looting in delhi.. Please issue some guidance.

Updated by jagdish sigar A private big hospital, Moolchand Medicity, Lajpatnagar, Delhi charging 2% extra payment for cashless mode...Is it right? There is crisis of cash money after demonetization so public wants to pay with debit card. Government is promoting cashless mode. How is it possible in centre of Delhi, to loot public?
Moolchand Medicity hospital Delhi got free land from government for Its campus but not supporting government.

Respected sir,
I Dalbir Singh State That I have taken two Personal Loans from HDFC Bank . As per RBI Notice i Did not deposit EMI . But HDFC Bank Has fined me Bounce Charge On my Loan EMI. Plz Tell me about this.

Till now most of the hospitals & doctors are taking fees & charges through cash, since after having the arrangements of online & card payment systems. A single doctor sitting in a chamber in 3 to 4 hrs, earning 25k to 30k and the total is dealing in cash. Please take a strong action against this types of matter.
