Sir, myself balwinder singh resident of chandigarh. I have an acccount in obc, 3b2, mohali, punjab. For the shopping purpose i swiped my debit card of amount rs.3363 but my account has been deducted three times, although i got one reversal also but one reversal is still pending of rs. 3363, i made an online complaint as well as written complaint in my branch. The incident date is 12/12/2016, and i made on online complaint and made an written complaint on 19/12/2016. No helpline number is responding. Please do something about my complaint.

    In the aftermath of 12 december hurricane in tamil nadu the bank operations got delayed. Reason was the network failure. Now even after 15 days they speak the same language. Cheques are not collected and credited to accounts.in coimbatore the two bank branches are adjacent but the cheque posted for collection on 21 december is not yet credited. This leads to severe strain. The banks using the network reason are playing with peoples money. Already demonetisation and atm failures. Now a new havoc is unleashed on tamil nadu public.
    We request the rbi to instruct iba to move their credit authorisation centres out of chennai as chennai is vulnerable place

      I wish to bring to your kind notice that in our area at ottapalam, palakkad dist kerala only state bank of india is working smoothly but all other banks especially union bank of india, bank of india, cooperative banks, and few more banks are not opening atm. Shutters of all these banks are always down after 8th november and even now they are not running it properly i hope your concerned department will intervene and take action against it.
      When state bank can run their atm continuously why other banks are not doing it.

      I am Goyal general store, Phillaur. My account is on Canara bank ramgarh branch. I am deposit 45 thousand cash dated 20.12.2016, 43thousand notes and two thousand coins. But bank can deposit 43thousand. Bank chief manager can say I am not accepting the coins. What's the way

          now how can I get such big amount as demonatisation is continue.
          how can my father discharge from hospital.

          Also the hospital staff have bad behaviour in this regard.

            I'm a govt employee, lecturer in govt. college, Kozhikode, Kerala. My salary is disbursed through the additional sub-treasury, Kozhikode, which does not have ATM or net banking facility.The withdrawal limit of 24000 at the treasury is not reasonable here as I'm not able to put my salary into my savings account at SBI from where I usually conduct net transactions. This has constrained me to make cash transactions contrary to what I normally do.
            kindly do the needful.

              2% extra charge by hospital for cashless mode

              Moolchand medicity hospital located in lajpatnagar, delhi 110024. This hospital taking 2% extra payment for debit card and credit card payments. Government of india promoting cashless economy but this hospital suppressing cashless economy by charging 2% extra on debit card payments. Is this acceptable in digital india cashless economy? People are paying by debit card due to cash crisis after demonetization. But this hospital looting in delhi.....

[protected] से कॉल आया कि मैं एस.बी.आर्इ. ए.टी.एम.कस्टमर केयर से बोल रहा हॅॅू । तुम्हारा के.वार्इ.सी. जमा नहीं होने के कारण तुम्हारा ए.टी.एम.कार्ड बन्द कर दिया गया है । अगर अपना ए.टी.एम. चालू कराना चाहते हो तो अपना आधार कार्ड नं. एवं ए.टी.एम. कार्ड नम्बर बताने के लिए कहा गया, जिससे मैं अपना आधार कार्ड नं.[protected] तो बता दिया किन्तु ए.टी.एम.कार्ड घर में होने के कारण मैं नही बता पाया, किन्तु उसके पश्चात भी मुझ पर प्रेसर डाला गया कि आप घर कितने बजे पहुचोगे । मेरे द्वारा बताया गया कि मैं करीब 8:00 बजे शायंकाल घर पहुचूंगा ।
                      शॉम 8 बजे घर पहुचने पर करीब 8:44 बजे पुन: एस.बी.आर्इ.ए.टी.एम.कस्टमर केयर द्वारा पुन: फोन किया गया कहा कि आप कहां हो घर पहुचे या नही । मैं बोला कि घर पहुंच गया हॅू । तब उसने मुझसे ए.टी.एम.कार्ड नम्बर बताने के लिए कहा गया तो मैं परेशान होकर मैने उन्हें अपना ए.टी.एम. कार्ड नंम्बर बता दिया जिसका नम्बर [protected][protected]है। जिसे मेरे द्वारा बताया गया किन्तु लास्ट के 4 अंक मिटे होने के कारण मेरे द्वारा नहीं बताया किन्तु कुछ समय पश्चात ही मेरे मोबार्इल नम्बर पर कर्इ मैसेज आये और मेरे खाते से पैसे 19500/-चोरी हो गये। प्राथ्र्ाी अत्यन्त गरीब है जिसके घर की आर्थिक स्थिति बहुत दयनीय है और मेरे पिताजी लकवा से ग्रसित है जिनकी दवा कराने के लिए जो भी मैने पूंजी रखी थी वह चोरी हो गयी।

                          Hello team,

                          I do have my account in OBC bank and my account opening branch is sector -63 Noida. however i shifted to delhi.

                          I requested to give money from my account as i do not have cheque book.

                          I'm told by manager to get money from the same branch where you did open your account, then i requested to help me to provide net banking user ID, still the same response.

                          I had opened my account in 2013, ATM is also destroyed.

                          But Mayur Vihar phase-1 branch says, in every case your branch would b able to help you. Sir/ma'am that branch is so far from my place.

                          Please help me here who can assist.i need money on urgent basis

                            BANDHAN BANK is not efficient to provide cash to Customer, these problem also create by GIRISH PARK BRANCH KOLKATA. Their branch manager has also said, we have not accept due to RBI guidelines. I have been regularly updates of RBI disclosure. But this is creating problems us, if the government has not able to provide fund then close this type of banks. Old notes is a historic problem to a common people.

                                  My wife have opened an savings account no.[protected] completing every formalities like KYC norms with Kotak bank, new alipore branch, kolkata having IFSC code KKBK00006563.
                                  Yesterday I approached bank to deposit cash amount more than Rs.5000/-, its respected lady branch manager strictly denied to deposit so, pretending that there is no such direction from RBI to do so. I have asked her to show RBI directions regarding not depositing old currencies but no positive feedback.
                                  Moreover, she said that she was not bound with RBI.
                                  Today, again after lifting all restrictions from RBI, bank is still refusing to do so.

                                    Note bandi ke time par mujhe 60% confirm lagta hai ki Mumbai ke bandra (e) me Bank of India ke bank me dhhokhadhadi hone ka doubt lagta hai kyoki waha par Mai 3 din se line lagata tha but kaam slow karne ke vajah se wo log kam se kam logo ko hi attend kartey the aur mera kaam nahi ho pata tha . Mujhe aur baaki public ko bahut problem hua hai aur morning me 8.45 ka open time dene ke baad bhi 9.30 baje morning me kaam start kartey the aur time se pehle hi close kartey the. Aur public ke demand par 1 din bhi waha ke manager ne public ke saamne kabhi nahi aaye. Mera sirf itna hi demand hai ki note bandi ke day one se lekar ab tak ka camera recording ki CD copy RBI waale dekhe aur galti paane par strict punish milni chahiye. Address hai Mumbai ke bandra (e) me Bank of India branch me gadbadi hone ka doubt hai. Plzzzzz help and support to Indian people because we support to Mr.Modi to showing a brave and doing this because of Indian people will leave without any bhrashtachaar. I love Mr. Modi. Jai Hind jai Hindustan and Jai Maharashtra.

                                    I have done a transaction of rs 2000.but that transaction got failed.but i didnt get my money back..now i got one messaging saying it has been refunded but bank confirms that money hasn't been credited...bank isn't accepting complaint though..i am attaching the mail which they sent to me, this happened on last month 27th.please help me sir

                                      After i complain in bank say return money but since 10days bank not answering or recived my call then i say complain in customer service resarve bank so say u do anything but not giving satisfy answer i complain in bank customer care zonal head but nt answer so pls help me...                                       As per the subject the said branch of the Bank is not issuing any cash to the customer since 4 days and we are several time visited the bank with cheque for the cash withdrawal. Lastly we going to launch the complaint against the Bank of Sector 50.

                                      Sir Please take appropriate action if they creating problem.
