[Resolved] Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — about atm dispute | |||||
Dear sir/ madam I have made a transaction of ₹7622 on 1st feb, 2018 through my idbi bank atm card at unit canteen fund mili ranchi in. The merchant has given to me a failed transaction slip. The said amount has been debited from my account but same has not credited to merchant. Also it was not credited to my account. So please resolve it as soon as possible. When i lodge a complaint against this transaction the customer reprentative answered me that We would like to inform you that the funds will be automatically reversed to your account in 10 working days (Excluding saturday/sunday & holiday) if the merchant does not claim it.in case the amount is not credited back to your account even after 10 working days, kindly write back to us for further process of reversal.
