Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — amazon refund not issued

I have ordered action mens sandals worth 599rs on oct 1st... Got it delivered.. As size was not appropriate i returned the product on 10th oct.. They have received it by 11th oct.. But the amount paid has not yet been refunded.. Every day they ask to wait for one more day till 18th oct max date limit.. But today it's 19th oct... Not not a single penny has been reflected yet into my account.. Please look into this

Mere account [[protected]] me Amazon ki taraf se 11/10/19/ ko Rs-399 or 13/10/19 ko Rs-449 Total-848 rupees refund Hua hai but mere account me abhi tak credit nahi Hua my refund reference number[protected]
