I haven't received the amount when i completed the process and enter my pin and press ok power gone and just tell me one thing if atm power is of is it possible that money came outside from the atm machine I am doing transaction of 4000 from my atm card and after that i contacted bank customer support and they told me that wait for 7 days and in the end i say that they close the case and said me that "DEAR CUSTOMER, THE TRANSACTIONS ARE SUCCESSFUL AS PER EJ. HENCE, THE REFUND CAN NOT BE MADE. FOR FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS, REQUEST YOU TO CONTACT YOUR BRANCH FOR FURTHER PROCESS _ONUS - REGARDS BANK OF BARODA" so sir i am also kindly look into the matter Was this information helpful? | |||||
