    Hi Sir/Mam,

    As per RBI policy any bank can not charge for limit of min. bank balance yet HDFC bank deducted amount for same. But when i give application for same they reverse some amount and as i credit amount they again charge for same and now they say that these are legal charges and can not be revrsed. Please help me. I will be thankful to you for this. My contact no. is [protected].

      I am a Malaysian citizen and holder of the Malaysian Passpot. I was informed that I as a NRI, I could exchange the old 500 and 1, 000 rupees notes before 31st March 2017. Recently I was in Punjab and when I went to my bank, Punjab National Bank (where I have an account) for the exchange. I was told that I could not exchange the notes. After asking around from the locals, I was advised to contact RBI.

      Currently I have returned to Malaysia. As such I would like to know how I will be able to exchange the notes. I have 19, 000 rupees, which I have left in Punjab with my cousin brother.

      Please advise at your earliest convenience how I can get the old notes changed to new notes.

        Dear Sir,
        I was booked Hotel Maydrit in Madrid Spain on 16th Dec 2016 against free cancellation and no prepayment needed scheme through Booking.com website.
        Amount Rs. 7223.61 deducted from HDFC Bank credit card without authentication.
        I was unable to check-in the hotel due to illness of colleague.
        After providing the proof of cancellation and e-mail correspondence with Booking.com website and Hotel Maydrit, HDFC Bank unable to resolve the issue.

          I visit the branch of budhlada to complete our passbook and one officer of branch named KB SINGH Misbehave with me and thrown my passbook to me and ask me to leave and come after some days and then i go to manager RAJ KUMAR for the same and manager also doesnot give any type of response regarding the the misbehaviour done By branch officer kb singh. So i request you to take possible action for this as soon as possible.

            I want to know what is the procedure to exchange the old denomination currency but don't know the procedure. I am consistently calling customer care but they are not responding.
            RBI has to have a clear idea about the information what they are providing. in the subject of "Candidates who will pass in each of the objective tests of the online Mains exam will be shortlisted "FOR" the interview". instead of FOR there Mentioned "ROR". please make a note of it and correct the same.

              Sir, i had made a tdr for 5years under tax savings scheme from sbi minal residency bhopal branch (10528 branch code) on 08.02.2012. It was mentioned in tdr that after 5 years i will receive rs 48562 on maturity from the roi 9.75%. But when i got payment on 08.02.2017 i receive only rs44421 in my savings a/c [protected] (Ram sewak khare). I have also lodged complaint on sbi through online but my complaint fd[protected] has been closed without resolving my complaint.

                  Today morning around 0930 AM i received a call from [protected] claiming to be Rahul Sharma and calling from RBI. He informed me that my ATM card has been blocked thus needed my card details. Realising that it is a fraud call, when I started inquiring about about his office address and land line number, he drooped the call. I could find out that caller was from West Bengal.
                  Request you for follow up action.

                    Sir, I have received RBI Official Compensation Payment Notification massage 4 to 5 times with different different mail IDs and particular contains means I won 500, 000 GBPS in INR amount changed in every mail and the person who is supervising transfer in every mail she/he changed. I have received a call from your office( lady told on phone)her phone no.[protected](named Mrs. Jennifer Scott Representative of BBC Company)) asking for exchange amount of Rs 12500 /- approx and send a text message on phone regarding this. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful because i think this is a fraud case but a sensitive because they are cheating me and fixing the RBI.Thanks

                      Purchased 10 gms of gold for Rs.31500, SGB 2016-17 Series II through ICICI bank, Investor ID:[protected] but not yet received quarterly interest as per the terms of the issue. The amount was simultaneously debited and credited on 23/09/19 but ultimately debited again on 30/09/16. Please help and arrange regular credit. When I contact the local branch of ICICI bank they express their inability to solve the problem and ask me to contact RBI instead.

                            Some people not conversant with rules especially from poor families are still having old notes of rs., 500/- and rs., 1000/- as they are under the impression that these notes can be deposited any time they want. Now, knowing that their notes are not accepted by the banks, they are running to pillar to post and they are in great agony., hence, it is our humble request that rbi may please give one more chance to deposit old notes of rs. 500 and 1000/- atleast upto rs. 10, 000/- which would facilitate poor people to overcome this trouble and save their hard earned money. Please consider this immediately.

                                Could you please let me know that SBN's of 500 and 1000 are permissible to deposit in bank account in specified RBI branch? Because I am getting various news from people like now it is allowed for only people who are out of India during November to December but I gone through your press release and statement read out to be only for exchange of SBN's for NRI and resident of Indians who are out of India during November to December but nothing is specified for deposition of SBN's

                                Can you please let me know that deposit of SBN's is happening or not?

                                As I have some notes of 500 with me which were found at my home in Gwalior in my daughters piggy bank which she collected from relatives and friends since her birth time.

                                I am on dialysis and not able to deposit currency in the bank.During the period 9 Nov 16 to Dec 30 16 I have not deposited any cash in my any account.

                                Kindly let me know, I am ready to prepare an affidavit for with the above reason for depositing the notes in my bank account at RBI.

                                  Vijya bank Tinsukia branch not able to help and support customers they made their own rules relating don't receive phone when a customer in bank and during lunch break they asked customers to go outside the bank even the customer work not properly done. I want to ask u how can a banh said this type of language to the customers.
