Today we have faced financial issue from banks..
State BAnk of India, preet vihar branch
My mother went to bank for widrawl money.. she was waiting for her no by morning 10 am..when she went to counter, bank authorities said they don't have balance ..
But they were given amount to other peopels who were not in que..
Please investigate this bank.. and i have doubt bank convert back money in white...

    My term deposit (fix deposite receipt) Rs. 50, 000 in State bank of india, Branch Main market muzaffar nagar.This F.D.R. will mature on dt.[protected].The maturity value will be credited in my saving account.I have personal needs to settle my daughter at pune for interanceship as I required cash Rs. 50, 000.How can I cash withdraw from my saving a/c against maturity amount of fix deposite.To day I discusse to bank and bank give me reply that you will not withdraw the amount of of Rs. 24000 in a week. please help me .

      In axis bank branch panchwati adarsh nagar new delhi 110033 there are always police office doing setting with manager under the pretext of marriage of their children. There are atleast twenty police officers all the time in this particular branch. They are distributing tockens early morning and if one does not have tocken then they wont give u payment at all. I am working so i cant stand in line early morning for two three hours to get tocken. This tocken system is only in this particular bank only and not in other banks. Even after getting tocken they are only giving rs10000 or less in one day against rs 24000. Only policemen are getting huge money and that too without tocken. I m damn sure that something wrong is going on in this bank begind the curtains otherwise there is no possibility of gathering 15 to 20 policemen getting money all the time. Bank manager and staff is really non cooperative. I request u to please send an enquiry to this bank.

        I have been going to Bank of Baroda, Rohini sector-7 Naharpur gaon branch, for more than a week now and still haven't been able to withdraw any cash. The bank is giving money only to about 100 customers and that too not more than 5000 through cheques. After that the bank says there is no more cash left. I doubt malpractices have been carried out by bank . I request you to please see to the issue as we are facing alot of problems due to it .

          ​I have deposited cheque of icici bank for Rs 250000 on 25 Nov 2016 early morning 02:00 IST. towards my credit card outstanding in Kamla Nagar Citibank drop box New Delhi.

          Now i came to know that that ATM is no more working...If it is not working then why can't citibank put any board or information so that we should come to know.

          Its a pathetic service again by Citibank.

          Tomorrow is last date of my credit card payment and i am not responsible for that now.

            It is to inform you that before ban on 500/1000 notes. We go to the Petrol Pumps purchase petrol of 100/200/300 and provide 500 note to the Petrol pump dealer we get exchange in the shape of 100/200/300/400 rs. refund from Petrol Pump. But now-a-days we are observing that if a person purchases petrol of 100/200/300 he is providing exchange as the enough currency has run of Rs. 100/50/20/10 in the market which was lying in the banks. But Petrol Pump owner are now not returning 200/300 Rs. change to the customers. It means the owners are holding the small currency. Is this the justice with the common people. Why are you not checking their record from their bank a/c deposit slip that before banned of notes how many 100/50 currency they are depositing in the banks. And now they should deposit more small currency in the banks.

              I went to union bank of india branch mits gwalior for withdrawal, but they deny to give cash to me and said bank has no cash. The manager of bank was busy to talk with her friend and not reply properly and talked very rudely. Somebody from the bank said they have cash but manager is not giving.in morning we can not go because we have exam duty from 10:20 to 2:20 p. M..

                Sir, my father in law mr. Jayantilal chhotalal motipara has savings account number [protected] with state bank of india, vazira borivli (W) mumbai.

                Mr. Jayantilal chhotalal motipara, 86 is critically ill and bed ridden a medical certificate to that effect is available with him that he can not sign and has to put thumb impression. He had kept some hard cash for medical contingency.in view of the demonetization of high denomination notes we had approached the bank to deposit the sum but bank has refused to accept the deposit for the rason that its not kyc compliant. As the account was inoperative for many years due to his ill health kyc was not done. Now we have offered kyc but bank refuses to accept the request. Honorable shri narendra modi, prime minister has promised that honest people will not face any hardship but that is not the case here. The account holder is extremely serious and hence i request you to instruct the bank on very urgent basis to do the needful forthwith.                   This complain is against hdfc bank, plot no 79, express trade tower sector 34 hero honda chowk nh 8 gurgaon haryana 122001.

                  Since last 10 days we are observing something strange in this branch, they get cash out in just 20 consumers.
                  If you have a cheque more then 10 k they are not allowing to enter in branch.
                  Even though atm of same branch also not working since last 10 days.

                  Might be there is some thing bungle.

                    We are facing an issue in Bank Of India bulandshahr UP, here bank manager is exchanging the money with some profit margin to VIP persons, means they are converting black money into white. Most of the people are coming on daily basis from last 3-4 days but they are not getting even 10k Rs. whereas government has declared to give 24k in a week. So here people are facing big issue please look into the matter on priority.

                      Icici bank pushpanjali enclave pitam pura delhi branch is giving cash to only very very rich persons who are living in big bungalows in pushpanjali enclave pitam pura. they are only collecting cheques from normal public and putting them in queues and in wait for next day. even today the situation is same. please do an enquiry of the pan no of the persons whom this bank and its officials are dispensing cash.

                      Sir, School fees fine on us day by day please solve my problem
                      Sir amul dairy was not accept the old currency for the pm guideline ...to accept the currency 24 nov.2016. But the are boldly rejected the old currency ... there are doing some kind of activity to convert the black money in white money ...
                      So my hummble request to take quick action against them... plz.

                        Dear Sir,

                        As per the Govt./RBI guideline Sahakari Bhandar at Juhu should accept Rs.500/- old currency notes. However, they are refusing the same and have put stickers with respect to it on all the payment collection centre.

                        Its our humble request that on priority basis please make this Sahakari Bhandar to start accepting the Rs.500/- oldccurrency notes.

                        We are facing problem of cash with drawl at hdfc bank, okhla ind. area phase-2 new delhi 110020 since 18/11/16 with token issued and daily my person is going to with draw rs. 24000/00 but conveyed of not having cash but it has been seen that with convinience of staff cash is issued to there known persons after the information given to us
                        Today I went for exchange of my old notes of rs 1000 in Axis Bank, Kalyan West Branch, where to my surprise I found one bank staff was filling many forms for note exchange, he was signing that forms differently and he had no of id's of other people with him. Kindly take action aginst this staff.

                          This is to inform you that I just got the delivery of Indane LPG. The bill amount was Rs. 561/-. I paid the delivery man Rs. 500/- in one hundred rupees note and Rs. 70/- in Rs. 10/- coin. But he refused to to take Rs. 10/- coins as he is not authorised or permitted to received those coins. I got sealed coins from SBI. If those approved distributors refuse to accept coins then how can I force others to accept. Kindly let me know what to do with those coins. I am willing to see what actions you take against that distributor.

                          [not have security man inside the atm and not have other security system and some atm do not have cctv cameras]...

                            This is to submit that today, the 26th November 2016, I purchased a book from Ankita Pustaka, 53, Gandhi Bazar Main Road, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru 560004, at a sale price of Rs.185.00. When I tried to make this payment by using Axis Debit Card, the person who is said to be the owner of this shop, refused to accept it saying that they will accept payment by cards only against billing of Rs.500.00 and above. When I started asking the reason for the same, just he walked out of the shop. Ankita Pustaka are one of the leading publishers and seller of books in kannada literature. With no other alternate I completed this purchase by making cash payment against their Cash Bill no.21587 dated 26.11.2016 wherein I insisted them to write that the payment has been received in cash. When they refused to do so I wrote in my own handwriting that the payment is received in cash. Their Cash bill no. is 21587 dated 26.11.2016. But the lady who was managing the counter refused to write my name and sign the bill stating that the remarks of their receiving the money in cash has been written by me.

                            I humbly request RBI to issue a proper public instructions urging all the shop keeper and small traders to accept the debit, credit or any other valid plastic money, for that matter, till the crises of small notes are tide over.

                            It is also requested that RBI may take up this issue with the concerned at Ministry of Commerce/Finance for issuance of suitable directions to all State Governments in this regard.

                                On 21st october 2016, at 6.28 pm, i recevied 5 back to back transaction alerts on my registered email id and mobile no. of Rs. 20, 000, Rs. 20, 000, Rs. 20, 000, Rs. 75, 000 and Rs. 13, 000 respectively.The alerts mentioned that the first three transactions were of atm cash withdrawal and last two were of atm to atm cash transfer.I immediately reported the matter to customer care and blocked my card.They registered my complaint vide SR[protected].On 3rd Nov 9.24 pm, they gave me a new complaint no SR[protected] citing non-readability of documents in the previous one.I resubmitted the documents and followed up with ICICI bank customer care regularly. They kept assuring me that dont worry, your refund will be provided till 25th Nov. But on 25th Nov, when i called customer care, they said in your investigation report it is written that the bank is not liable in your case. I have not recieved any written communication via email or message or post stating this update or any of the previous updates the customer cell provided.
                                Please resolve my query and provide me refund as soon as possible.I have already been much harassed.

                                With reference to the above complaint and my SR[protected]/SR[protected]/SR[protected] regarding fraud transaction from my ICICI bank account[protected] total amounting to Rs. 1, 38, 000/-, i would like to add two more documents to help in the investigation process.
                                1)Sequence of events to the best of my knowledge on that unfortunate evening of[protected] when fraudulent transactions from my bank account occurred (New Doc 7_1.jpg and New Doc 7_2.jpg)
                                2)My attendance details in the office of the chief controller of accounts, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, New Delhi(New Doc 6_2.jpg).As clear from the attendance record, I left office at 5.57 p.m. on 21st Oct 2016.

                                  As a house wife I have no pan card but I am ready to give Aadhar card but they are not accepting from my knowledge above 50000 rs is pan card mandatory I ask him for notification no for such thing but they are not giving I told her customer support number but nothing helpful to me and most worst thing on 3.30 pm they are saying bank closed such bank are bigger than rbi a person can't deposite her amount in her account I called at that time rbi no also but only phone are ringing there what a common man do I sir help me to guide what I have do

                                      Dear team

                                      I have account in hdfc and i had visited to the below branch for withdrawal of money on 25th nov, and this was 3rd time in this week where i was denied the money to withdraw.

                                      I was standing in the queue from 10.30 and by 11.15 before my term came bank official cam and said no cash this happen to me for 3rd time in row.

                                      There stand was that they got only 4lakh/day from rbi and hence not able to pay to customer is it true? Also they have dined to given written letter on the same.

                                      So please provide us clarity on this

                                        Life insurance company (lic of india) is not accepting rs. 500/- old notes. is it correct? as far as i understand, lic is a govt. of india contyrolled life insurance company. then why they are not accepting rs. 500/- old notes?
