Phoenix which is a subsiary of kotak mahindra bank is resorting to illegal means and hooliganism while asking for payment which we are wiling to pay but just to irritate and for fun or what is there matterinpite of mailing to kotak mahindra bank earlier there has been no reponse and sems things have goneup following is the mail that i just wrote to phoenixarc.Co.In may just again fall on deaf earsthats why i m writing into your site too, hope things get sorted not just for us and for others too who might be on receiving end of these stupd callers


My father vinod kumar mitra who is 61 of age, this is regarding my account no 9399938.Agent named rajesh from pitam pura branch subbordinate of miss namrata r singh is calling since two months and threatning us, proveking, speaking foul and trying to intimidate us even when we ar ready to make payments, and we were the one o call and say get your payments, they make foul commitments of coming to our office and then go back on there words . This boy is not just only calling us, he is caling our neighbours, relatives .

He tells us to make payments without the settlement letter i am amazed when did this procedure start. I have already made few settlements with phoenix prior to this only last year, it was never like this and very amicable.
I would like to hear very promptly from you why should not i go for legal action against your company which is breaching very strict privacy laws in our country and seems they are also taping hones
This kind of hooliganism if not stopped with the customer whose willing to pay and i would like to add your senior manager whose number was provided by your customer care gives a very immature answer that i have not been provided any information " dekhtey hai ji.

This boy rajesh is calling coninuously 50 times in a day is this right or irritating when your customer is ready to pay, i failto understand!!!
Does rbi permits all this and is this fair our country

Dear sir i would like to inform you that i have applied three month back for loan of 100000 Rs under mudra scheem at obc branch nagla beech (cifsc code-orbc0100261) the branch manager is inllegally charge 5% commission from borrowers and also asking me 5% commission for approwal of loan ! have refused to pay the commision and have also personally met to reasional maneger mr bansal at reasional office at sanjay place agra!who.has colled the nagla beech branch manager in from me. And adwised for.doing needful ! as per manager adwise today i meet nagla beech branch manager branch manager who has threatned me for consequencess and also refused my loan application ! you have accordingly requested to take application and do needful in the intrest justice i will be verry thank full to you!!!

I inform to you that today withdrawn Rs. 10000.00 from the ATM 8984 Nand Gram Ghaziabad at dated 15.01.2016 with time 07:48 AM, But I got only Rs 9600.00 (19 x 500 and 1 x 100), One hundred Rupees note was found between 500;s rupees note. Therefore, I get only Rs. 9600 but in our account (Detail of a/c are giving below) deduction Rs. 10000.00. Therefore, I request to you provide our remaining balance and also take strictly action on the above said ATM controller officer, because its type of mistake not occurrence in future to anybody. Ph.[protected] is calling me from Rbi And asked my account detail, he said that my bank a/c has block today, He ask my ATM and account detail, when I ask his name, he abusing & disconnect the phone . I want to a complete action against him that he is not secuss to fraud to anybody .

I have two home loan at LICHFL, under kolkata south area office. loan nos are[protected] &[protected]. since loan sanction to the date of my last visit at there office on 24.12.15, they hade never told me that floating interest rate will not reduced with market rate if ECS / Cheque has bounced. They raises my rate of interest when market / RBI saises the interest, but they had not reduced any interest for any day when market / RBI reduced the rate interest since the loan sanctioned. So, LICHFL has thefting with me. Please take necessary action to get complete facility of "floating rate of interest" . What ever extra interest they taken from me, please make them bound to immediate adjustment / repay with my principal amount of loan.

My credit card no [protected] issued by standard charterd bank was unused for more than one year and was having credit balance of Rs166.83 .one fine day bank debited my card amounting Rs.18633 towards ROYAL SUNDARM POLICY.WHICH I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED .After lot of calls and mail sent to head office, bank gave credit of policy amount via reply by head office dated 4/1/2012.( ref.no. 12/11/060946 ) surprisingly they gave credit of only partial amount towards late fees and interest .i received call from bank every 2/3 months.i refused to pay because it was not my fault . i went to see mumbai head office and explained the reason for non payment.with documents but still i gets calls from bank.and most important due to there mistake my CIDBI RATING HAS LOWERED.
