Hi RBI team, Good day... I hope you are doing well.. This is regarding a Department store which is near by my area. Today I went to purchase glossaries for my home. For billing Rs. 2488.00, I asked them swipe the card and they asked me to extra charge of 2% + sales tax. I asked whether this will reflect in the bill but they said, we don't give Bill. Ans also told HDFC bank insisted to collect this amount from the customers. I don't whether there is a guideline to get the charges like this from the customers. I believed that is true why because it came from rbi address and logo also same..they asked me to pay 16000 rupees to them ... but the prize money i havent received. the call came from mobile no.[protected], [protected].and email id [protected]@rbindia.co.in

I got a call from [protected] and he was told me that he is calling from RBI bank and he was asking about my ATM credentials . when I got to know that he is fake official then he started to abuse me and he told me that I can not do anything against him .

I request you to kindly Sue him and take legal action against him.
