Dear Sir,

Myself Pradeep Deshpande having car loan with Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd. Loan A/C Number is CF[protected].
I have paid my March 2020 emi on time and after that I have opted for Moratorium. But in last month when I have deposited Rs 12000 in my current account of icici, kotak have deducted Rs 8000 against the ecs return charges of my emi for April May & June and in every month they have presented the ecs thrice. Please look in to the matter and do the needful at earliest.

I was transferring money from my 'state bank of india' bank account to my 'bank of india' account through phonepay on 30th june 2020 at 9:49pm.. So by mistake i clicked on 'to account' rather than clicking on 'to self' option my money has been deducted from my account but yet not has been transferred to my another bank account and it's been 15 days i hasn't got any response from the phonepay or sbi..

I had call on sunshine foundations of canda regarding donation award this fund transfer to rbi foreign remittance department. I would ask is this is true

My name is rajendra singh hada. I have taken personal loan of 100000 from subjected company (Paysense services india private limited) in june 2019. Till march 2020 everything was going well as i have paid all my emi before due date.
In march 2020, due to covid-19 pandemic i requested paysense support to extend my due date for 1 month, due to financial crisis. But two days later i received email of rejection from paysense that their is not such policy exist. So in april 3rd, 2020 (Which is my emi due date) i paid my emi which got settled. But in same month rbi announces of moratorium period and without my consensus or prior notification paysense started my moratorium.in month of may 2020, i didn't get payment request form paysense app to pay my emi, so i complained. Company replied as they started my moratrioum, so i requested them to cancel my moratorium period and let my pay my remaining emis. Somehow they opened the payment gateway to pay emi in june 2020 and i paid my emi amount but real problem started after that.
My final emi due date was 3rd july, and i have paid my last emi using neft into account number which paysense app shared on last due date.
I have got receiving email from paysense side.
But still my amount is not settled against my loan. I have complaint them by written or by verbaly but still my amount is not settled against my loan. Instead they kept asking to repay amount with penlty charges in paysense app. Penalty amount is increasing day by day and affecting my credit score.

I would like to state that i received a call from someone who claimed to a manager of sbi and informed that he would block my account as i had not submitted by kyc details. I have taken two edc terminal from m swip.

And i am not using the same from dec 2019, i have called up m swip coustomer care and informed them to collect and no one is responded and collected.

There is a amount deducted from my account in the month of jan for rs.6730/-for edc rental

After that i have sent mail to m swipe from 27th jan 2020 no one is replyed i keep on fallowing and i have received a reply on 29th march 2020 saing that they have not received the request of cancellation and pick-up so i have replied to collect once again (Mail sent person name is harish pawar).

After that no one is collected again i have sent mails on 3rd april i have received a mail saying that your request has been forwarded and refarence number is tbk[protected]. But no one is collected the machine.

After sending mails on jun 6th i have received a reply saying that due to covid 19 thay are working on it again given reference number tbk[protected]/tbk[protected] still not picked up.

After sending mails also they have deducted rs.4720/- on 9th july 2020.

Below amount is deducted after sending mails (19th feb -1180 & 13th march -1180) sir i am not asking this amount as thay are saying that i have not informed but after there confirmation on 3rd april on there mistakes why i have to pay rs.4720/-

Kindly look in to this and ask them to credit the deduction amount and also inform them to pick the machine
