          I have availed consumer durable loan rs.129000/- (Loan no 4210cdfy219683) for samsung tv at vasanth and co, coimbatore 100 feet road on 21 march 2020 from bajaj finance ltd. And i had foreclosed the above loan on 17 june 2020 with rs.100332 (Balance loan amount) through bajaj finance ltd mobile application online payment, i have attached the account statement and no dues certificate.in the same day 17 june 2020 a new loan (Loan no 4210cdga508294) has been processed for the same amount rs.129000/- without my knowledge and i received a welcome letter on 18 june 2020 through email. And then i reported the issue through mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. Regarding this issue i received mail from [protected]@bajajfinserv.in on 19th june 2020 and 25 th june 2020 describing that this issue will be solved within 4 to 5 working days.in between, on 22 june 2020 i visited bajaj finance ltd office at race course, coimbatore and enquired the issue with mr. Vignesh consumer durable loan employee contact no [protected] he stated that already he received mail from customer care and it will be solved within a week. But yesterday i received a sms from bajaj finance ltd that "first emi rs.14334 for 4210cdga508294is due on 02/07/20. Keep ac 1532 funded to avoid charges". Again i mailed to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in about this issue yesterday, but still i didn't get any reply or solution for this issue from bajaj finance ltd. So kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

              Dear sir,

              This is to inform you that i am shaikh irshad ahmed card no. [protected] i am not using sbi card. Never transact any thing from since 2017, but they directly deduct annual charge without any intimation. I usually mail more than 20 times but i have not got any massage from sbi. I always get sms your amount will deduct. And get sms please do some thing that bank has cancel my card and return amount not cut charges i unable to pay amount because i had already deactivate this card since long time i am using another sbi card, so please immediately deactivate this card as soon as possible and return amount. My situation not that i can use this card or unnecessary use this card i am not a luxury man that i can handled this yearly annual charges. Please give the order to sbi bank they cancel card immediately. And give reverse my amount.

                        Sir, i dipesh shah and ruchita bavishi had purchased the house in sjr luxuria from gopi krishna reddy. The. Owner had an ongoing loan in idbi bank. The loan was closed on 23rd march, 2020. Idbi has not given the documents back till now. We have taken a loan from hdfc to purchase the house. As idbi has not given back the documents, so we are paying interest without even starting the emi. Can you help here? Can the pre-emi interest be considered part of the actual interest because of the covid situation?

                          Dear Sir,
                          I Khushboo Amarpal Valmiki holding a savings bank account bearing Account no. [protected] at Bank of Baroda Bank, Marine Drive Branch, Mumbai, 400020. Had deposited a Cheque on 17th June 2020 (Cheque details - Central Bank of India, Cheque No. 925014, dated - 24/03/2020).
                          I belong to very financially weak family and some how my father arranged some money for my studies here in Delhi from a trust and absolutely understand that every bank is running with limited staff due the current COVID - 19 Pandemic. But here due the lethargic behavior of the bank staff i am facing a loss of Rs. 28000/-. My father being a diabetic patient and me stuck here in Delhi, i had to send my brother to deposit the cheque. Following are the mistakes done by bank of Baroda staff,
                          1) If the cheque did not have my account number behind it, why was the cheque even been forwarded to the other bank, being a responsible service provider bank staff should have just informed about it, my house is barely 200mts from this branch the mistake could have been ratified and i would have not faced this loss. And please tell me where is even mentioned in the pay in slip that the account number is to be mentioned behind the cheque?

                          2) When the cheque was returned from the other bank why were we not informed about it, bank staff just kept quiet until i made an enquiry on the 4th working day and send my brother on 5th day to the bank, just 2 days extra would have helped me to clear this cheque. Bank had all my contact details including my brother (Vinay Valmiki's) contact details on the slip
                          Please tell me sir who is going to bear this loss, who is going to bear my expenses here in Delhi, this amount could have helped for another 6 months in the financial crisis. My father had to literally request someone for this help, he is OLA driver, in this pandemic, he is unable to go out for earnings being diabetic and greater chances of getting infected. From where shall i make arrangements for my expenses when there are barely any sources for Income. This amount means a lot to me sir. For a student who is in dire situation and bare sources of income for my family. I request you to take strict action and a compensation for my loss.

                                      My name is Mantu Banerjee and I have taken an auto loan a/c no. T[protected] with L&T Finance Ltd. In pandemic as per RBI instruction I have taken moratorium scheme upto August 2020 now for last few days an executive of L&T finance calling me to pay my August 2020 EMI otherwise he will pick up my scooty and also threatening to impact my CIBIL score I told him that I applied for moratorium but he is constantly threatening me. Please look after this matter seriously.
