I hear to that inform you fraud with my Credit card .call from customer care and tell my card number date of birth and OTP . I know this is very important thing but I not know how to manage my self . Please help me i have called many time to customer care and inform to my bank employees . Anyone can't help me so please you solve my problem and return my stolen money . As soon as possible.

    Despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, the State Bank is not disconnecting my credit card account. I am still receiving bills and annual charges even without having the card.

          This is regarding interest amount of Rs. 750.00/- w.r.t. 2020-21, Series IX, which was due on 05.07.2021 and interest amount of Rs 178.75/- w.r.t. 2015-16 Series II, which was due on 08.08.2021. The present facts of the matter are:

          My bank (formerly Allahabad bank, now Indian Bank) has changed the IFSC code to IDIB000H569 but the same was not updated on CDSL until 14.07.2021.
          The amount w.r.t. the interest of SGBJAN29IX-GB was supposed to be credited in my Primary bank on 5.07.2021 and 08.08.2021.
          Since, the IFSC provided was not updated, NO AMOUNT WAS RECEIVED BY THE BANK towards the interest of the said SGB's .
          Reserve Bank of India [RBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          2020-21, Series IX was bought from Zerodha App and 2015-16 Series II SGB were bought from the then Allahabad Bank, now merged into Indian Bank.

                Coins of different shapes.

                I am highly thankful to your good selves for regularly supplying coins of 1, 2 and 5. Now, there is no scarcity for coins & the Life of common man is much better.

                Senior citizens like me and rural people find it difficult to differentiate the value, as some of the coins are of same size and thickness.

                Suggestion:

                This inconvenience can be totally eleminated, if coins of 3 different shapes ( round, square like 5 ps coin and hexagon coin like 3 paise coin) are reintroduced.
                Even coin with hole in the middle was a popular way to differentiate the coins.

                I know that, minting coins with different shapes is difficult and expensive. But, the hardship taken ONCE at your end will help the rural poor, less educated, senior citizens and people with lesser IQ and diminished eye sight. They will derive the benefit everyday, for several years to come! Ease of doing day to day small transactions can be achieved.

                Life will certainly be more comfortable than the present situation.

                Kindly examine this " user centric" suggestion for the benefit of citizens all over India .

                    I made the payment and debited from my bank account but not credited to the receiptant bank account. i had complaint earlier with ref number [protected] but they had closed my complaint number without any reasons. please help as soon as possible.

                        One app Digital Payment solution was working on Adhar widrow. This app making fraud and he his gon out from play store and he is not working. He his take out too much money. The owner was from Maharajgang (UP) I have all details for this owner. Also my money is pending more then 50000.

                            My name is Srikanth. I tried to purchase a gold bond through local postoffice (5 grams).
                            The series is "Sovereign Gold Bond Scheme 2021-22 - Series III" and paid 24445 to postoffice on 2nd June 2021
                            Till date I'm not received the respected Gold bond certificate.

                            I'm not able to track the same. The postoffice says they are not received it and not able to provide
                            any other details further.

                            This is almost 3 months still waiting for the same.
                            Please investigate further and do needful.

                                My father has a kisan credit account in a nationalised bank of India. He has taken a loan of 60000 rupees. Recently from his account an Inspection charge of rupees 708 (approx) has been charged. I want to know the following thing
                                1) According to the guidelines of RBI, is this right to charge any inspection charge from a kisan credit account loan
                                2) If no, then what are the penalties and punishment a bank can face if it charges any inspection charge from a kisan credit card account?

                                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                                  I had applied for Sovereign Gold Bond 100 units - each on 02.09.2021 and 03.09.2021 via Indian Overseas Bank net banking in the name of Vineet Gupta and Sons HUF.

                                  I had also specified the DP ID in the name of Vineet Gupta and Sons HUF where these bonds were to be credited.

                                  I have received Gold Bond Certificates in the name of Vineet Gupta. This means that since certificate has been given, it shall not be transferred in the DP account of Vineet Gupta and Sons HUF.

                                  Further these bonds have been issued in the individual name of Vineet Gupta instead of the HUF.


                                  Kindly get this corrected in the name of Vineet Gupta and Sons HUF and they be allotted in DMAT mode in the account mentioned in the application.

                                  For each of these 100 units applications:


                                  · Confirmation Receipt Subscription Nos. 570 & 1463

                                  · Digital Gold Bond Certificates Nos. SGB[protected][protected] & SGB[protected]–[protected]

                                    Regarding your fund transfer of GBP 2.5 Million British Pounds I have submit all the original document and your filled form to RBI here in New Delhi Head-Office for the transfer and also submitted your filled RBI online form and ones the transfer is completed i will sign on your behalf and the documents will be handed back to me to proceed to your city and hand them over to you.

                                    However they are requesting for a Forex Conversion Certificate / FRC FUND CERTIFICATE before the transfer can be done now because the fund is foreign currency and your account is only rupees.

                                    So you are requested to pay 28, 900 rupees for the Forex Conversion Certificate / FRC FUND CERTIFICATE before the transfer can be processed into your giving account as per RBI New Transfer Policy to fight Black Money in India, So do inform me so that I will give you the account detail in which you have to deposit the amount of 28, 900 rupees for the certificate fee very urgent.

                                    The transfer manager said it's mandatory that the beneficiary must have the said Forex Conversion Certificate and FRC FUND CERTIFICATE as per India government on New banking rules before proceeding with the transfer of your inheritance fund. Then after transfer is successful I will sign-out the Transaction hard copies and will proceed to your city to handover all the Original Transfer Documents to you for your record purpose.

                                        This is with reference to transaction of Rs.9000 made on 16th August at SBI ATM, Mayur Vihar at 11.01am, for which the money was not dispensed but the amount was deducted.
                                        We called up the customer care on 16th Aug, they assured that this was due to some technical issue and the amount will be refunded back to the account in the next 5-7 days.
                                        An FIR was lodged on 24th August in Ghazipur Police Station, FIR No.81680/02/00899.
                                        As a follow up we called SBI customer on 25th Aug, since we didn't receive the refund from the bank, they lodged a complaint and gave reference no. 63228672 and again assured that the amount will be refunded in the next 5 days.
                                        Since, no amount was refunded yet a follow up call was made to SBI customer care on 3rd Sep, to which they said the complaint has been closed.
                                        No resolution was given and the complaint was closed that too without updating the aggrieved party.
                                        We asked to reopen the complaint, they asked for exact transaction reference no. which we are uncertain of since there are many transactions that happened for the same amount.
                                        Looking forward for early resolution of the same.
