[Resolved] Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — bill of entry not reflecting in idpms | |||||
From last three weeks we are following it up with hdfc bank reg one of the import supplier payment for which we submitted the docs 3 weeks ago & also taken the usd rates to process the payment. The payment was kept on hold due to the boe is not reflecting in the idpms. We have took it up with our cha & they have shared the screen shot of ice gate where the boe is reflecting (Attached for your ref). Again bank has come back & said it not reflecting & they asked us to share the copy of the boe to take it up with rbi. Please refer below the reply from rbi saying: From: miju. Please take with customs for updation of bill of entry. Quote// We have not received below mentioned boe in our idpms system. As discussed with customs, they mark “yes” in column-“transmitted to rbi” according to their generated file from their system. Rbi receive xml files from customs which are converted from their generated files at their end. There happened missing of boes during converting file in xml format. You may approach customs for missing boes. This is to bring in your kind notice that From last 2-3 weeks i am constantly following up with hdfc bank, eccs-icegate regardign our import supplier payment for which we have submitted the docs 3 weeks ago. The payments are kept on hold due to the boe are not reflecting in the idpms. We have took it up with our CHA ( DHL ) where they have informed us to drop the mail to eccs icegate helpdesk to update these BOE. After lots of followups with icagete they replied that these BOE have been uploaded but from last 3-4 days HDFC Bank is saying no BOE's are reflecting on IDPMS still..
In this case undersigned is facing business loss, commitment towards customers. If this will be the scenario how business will increase and someone will survive further.
Concerned authorities are requested to please do the needful on most priority basis by contacting to undersigned.
