Dear Concern
This is to bring in your kind notice that From last 2-3 weeks i am constantly following up with hdfc bank, eccs-icegate regardign our import supplier payment for which we have submitted the docs 3 weeks ago. The payments are kept on hold due to the boe are not reflecting in the idpms. We have took it up with our CHA ( DHL ) where they have informed us to drop the mail to eccs icegate helpdesk to update these BOE. After lots of followups with icagete they replied that these BOE have been uploaded but from last 3-4 days HDFC Bank is saying no BOE's are reflecting on IDPMS still..
In this case undersigned is facing business loss, commitment towards customers. If this will be the scenario how business will increase and someone will survive further.
Concerned authorities are requested to please do the needful on most priority basis by contacting to undersigned.
