From last seven months we are following it up with icegate to update our AD code on icegate website. Indusind Bank is not able to process any import payment to suppliers. The payments were kept on hold due to the BOEs are not reflecting in the IDPMS. We have taken it up with our cha & they updated AD code to custom by hard copy in October. Still BOEs are not reflecting in IDPMS. We have contacted icegate, ECCS tradedesk, CRPU and other offices to sort this matter but there is no update of AD code on icegate website for import BOEs payment.
Again, bank has come back & said it not reflecting in IDPMS & they asked us to share the copy of the boe to take it up with rbi. This is very crucial matter because, with such kind of hindrances our business is going to affect drastically. Hence, please resolve the issue on top priority. Now the suppliers have stopped all our shipments which are scheduled from last two week. Please help.
