Dear Sir, Good Evening, Subject: Kadevi Industries Limited We would like to bring in your kind notice that we are running Fortune Metals Limited "Raipur"(A ERW Pipes Manufactures) we supplied MS Pipes to Kadevi Industries Limited at Hyderabad worth sum of Rs. 22108446/- from which we received sum of Rs.17622012/- Balance amount of Rs.4486434/- For which they issued Three Cheques as mention below against one cheque we received RTGS of Rs.1500000.00/- after which balance amount is Rs. 2986434/- Bank Name : SBH Cheque No : 273601 Cheque Date :[protected] Cheque Amt. :1, 500, 000.00 Deposited on : 31/07/2014 & 07/10/2014 Bank Name : SBH Cheque No : 273602 Cheque Date :[protected] Cheque Amt. :1, 500, 000.00 Deposited on : 12/08/2014 Bank Name : SBH Cheque No : 273603 Cheque Date :[protected] Cheque Amt. :2, 830, 000.00 Deposited on : 12/08/2014 & 24/10/2014 All three above mention Cheques stopped by them. These Cheques was issued by Kadevi Industries because they given LC (2013/000114 dated 28/02/2014 for sum of Rs. 10000000/-advising bank Corporation Bank according to them Bill of Exchange came later to them but we received the letter from our bank stating that applicant bank sent a letter that applicant given letter to cancel the LC due to some discrepancy. After that they issued us these three Cheques. We are asking our balance payment but they are dragging the issued by saying that there customer has to give payment, bank loan in pipe line, customer stopped there payment its going from long time now we are very much fed up with this type of reply. Now we decided to do something by which we can get our payment. We request your good self please help us. Even they showed us letter of Banks in which bank as sanctioned the 160 Laces . We do not know where that money went. Kadevi Industries limited not having any care for their supplier. You are requested please look into this matter before it get to much complicate..
