Today i visited bank of india branch, sanjay vihar, meerut road, hapur, where initially br. Manager refused to accept to deposit cash in my boi, account on plea that your sb account is of other branch. However, his junior officer helped me in deposit of amount. Such attitude of branch manager is very disgusting and harassing. It is pertinent to mention that there was no rush in the branch as there was no cash for disbursement upto 12.00 pm. Moreover i am a senior citizen. Bank of india s. B. A/c no. Is [protected]. Hoping for action against such br. Manager in the interest of national cause. As he is working against rbi directions.
