Dear sir/madam,
I would request clarification on one possible case of fraud concerning rbi. One particular individual, mr. Chandra shekhar borah is using a claimed official letter issued by rbi general manager mr. Rahul sinha (Foreign exchange department) to avail special treatment and benefits. This letter indicates mr. Borah being an employee of rbi and he is trying to avail special benefits in lieu of that. Mr. Borah has shared couple of letters issued by rbi to claim his employment with rbi. We suspect a potential fraud in this regards and hence bringing the issue to your notice.

Would request another help from you. Can you please confirm whether there is an employee by the name "chandra shekhar borah" working with rbi in delhi.
Would really appreciate your support in this regard. Looking forward to get further clarity in this regards.
