Reg: Non receipt/Credit of Interest on SGB

I Have purchased 65 (Sixty Five) SGB in March’21 aa per detail below:

Scheme: Govt. of India # 2.5% SGB 2020-21Series XII 2029

Loan Code:30116

Redemption Date;09.03.2029

Puchased in:Demat Form

DP ID:12025400

Client ID:00169626

The Interest of these SGBs was due for credit in my account on 09.09.2021. But The interest was not credited to my account. On inquiry, it has come to my notice that the bank account number attached to my Depository account was not complete and one digit was missing. I have got my bank account updated in my DP. Scanned copies of Client master before amendment and after amendment are attached as files Client Master-B & Client Master-A respectively.

I understand that NEFT done for credit to my account on 09.09.2021 has failed due to an incorrect/incomplete bank account number. I Request you to re-credit the due interest to my account through fresh NEFT or the same may be paid to me through cheque/Demand Draft.

I Shall be highly obliged. Please resolve the matter at the earliest and intimate the action taken to me by return mail.
