Dear rbi support team

My name is rajendra singh hada. I have taken personal loan of 100000 from subjected company (Paysense services india private limited) in june 2019. Till march 2020 everything was going well as i have paid all my emi before due date.
In march 2020, due to covid-19 pandemic i requested paysense support to extend my due date for 1 month, due to financial crisis. But two days later i received email of rejection from paysense that their is not such policy exist. So in april 3rd, 2020 (Which is my emi due date) i paid my emi which got settled. But in same month rbi announces of moratorium period and without my consensus or prior notification paysense started my moratorium.in month of may 2020, i didn't get payment request form paysense app to pay my emi, so i complained. Company replied as they started my moratrioum, so i requested them to cancel my moratorium period and let my pay my remaining emis. Somehow they opened the payment gateway to pay emi in june 2020 and i paid my emi amount but real problem started after that.
My final emi due date was 3rd july, and i have paid my last emi using neft into account number which paysense app shared on last due date.
I have got receiving email from paysense side.
But still my amount is not settled against my loan. I have complaint them by written or by verbaly but still my amount is not settled against my loan. Instead they kept asking to repay amount with penlty charges in paysense app. Penalty amount is increasing day by day and affecting my credit score.
