I paid my foreclosure amount on 31st December 2022 and still, the EMI for the next 2 months (Jan'23 & Feb 23) got debited. When emailed to customer care initially they said they refunded Rs. 21k out of Rs. 26, 216 (13, 108 per EMI) and now they say you didn't upload the payment receipt in the given link hence the said amount can't be refunded which is ridiculous. We should pay the foreclosure interest and again deduct the extra amount. I...

I was urgent need of loan to settle other loan. However, paysens executive told to 1st pay 7000 then loan amount reimburse in your account and after that will be refunded with loan amount. Whatever promised as 225000+60000BT but only processed[protected]BT and took fraudulently 7000 and I involved with Abid and Rukhsar with EMI collection agent to refund they also promised because I didn't pay 1st EMI. I paid my foreclosure amount on 1st october through NEFT. Did not received any reply after so many emails sent by me. Then my emi was deducted on 5th. Still I am not getting any reply. All details are already sent to paysense and related forms are also submitted. Now I am continuously trying to get my loan account closed and refund of one emi. But not getting any response. Very bad customer service....

The payment link that they have sent me does not work for the Netbanking option when I select HDFC Bank.
No other payment method can be used because all the rest have a transaction limit of 1 lakh. My debit card too has a transaction limit of 350000.
I requested them to send me the loan account details, so that I can do an RTGS transfer. I already sent them several emails regarding this but no one is replying to my emails.br...

Hi team i have applied for my second loan in paysense, application got approved on april 6th, was waiting for the disbursement in 48hours which paysense used to promise but that did not happen, sent couple of mails, humera reverted that she has escalated and will get back to me, but after following up couple of times z sent almost20+ mails but no revert, no update at all.. First they have given wrong closure letter. Full due amount was wrong in portal and in closure letter. I have paid accordingly. They can not update their system. No NOC provided

Paysense are fraud. They are calling my relatives, my in-laws. Paysense has given the files of non payment to some recovery agents.

And they are harassing mentally calling my relatives and friends. Just because my number wasn't working.

I told them I will get money and I will pay soon and don't have money right now. But still they are doing the same.

Though they add charges and take more money,...

I have taken a loan for 1.56lakhs. The emi gets deducted on 5th of every month. The most recent payment was made on 5th june 2020. The emi was deducted on time but i am being charged late fees. I have requested assistance multiple times but i have not got any callback. I made a payment of 6632 today actual emi is 6395 and again 247 rupees is added to late fees. Hi,

I had 3 loans in total from Paysense and out of which 2 loans are already closed but as per to paysense they are still saying that 2 loans are still active whereas only 1 loan should be active.
When asked for the NOC letter for the closed loan they are denying to provide the same. Moreover even after paying the EMI, I am still receiving calls from Paysense and they are threatening me that they will take legal actions...

Need your help to get rid of harrassment call and threatening message from paysense executive.

I borrowed money around 24k from paysense and unable to pay from 6 month due to personal issue and i regularly paid them for 6months. I want to make the payment but the harrassment and threatening calls makes me scared.

The people from the paysense are not profession their language is of rowdy...
