Hello Team,
 
I want to foreclose a loan on ongoing in Paysense. They provided the closing amount and link to pay. But the foreclosing charge is very huge
 
Foreclosure charges: 45152.77
 
Secondly, the link they provided is not working. I am not able to make the transactions through any bank or any payment method. They are fraud and I want to close this with lower charges. I will not be able to pay any EMI's from next month.
 
this is pathetic Paysense should be barged completely as they are fooling people. they don't even provide any welcome letter initially while approving loan.

    Dear Consumer Complaint Cell,

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Paysens for their unethical and harassing practices despite the full and final settlement of my loan in 2021.

    Issue Details:
    I settled my loan with Paysens as per their agreed settlement terms in 2021.

    Despite this, I am still receiving harassment calls and emails from their representatives, falsely claiming legal action against me.

    This has severely impacted my credit score for the past five years, causing financial distress and limiting my access to fair financial opportunities.

    Multiple requests to Paysens to correct their records and stop the harassment have been ignored.

    Request for Immediate Action:
    I request the Consumer Forum/RBI Ombudsman to take strict action against Paysens for:

    Unfair and unethical harassment of a consumer post-loan settlement.

    Failure to update credit records, which has negatively affected my financial profile for years.

    False legal threats despite no outstanding dues.

    I kindly urge you to intervene and ensure:

    Paysens updates my loan status as 'Closed' across all credit bureaus.

    Immediate cessation of harassment through calls/emails.

    Compensation for damages caused due to their negligence.

    Attached are all supporting documents, including my loan settlement proof and recent harassment communications. Please escalate this matter at the earliest and ensure justice is served.

    Looking forward to a prompt resolution.

      Last month I was unable to make payment due to unemployment but waiting for them to collect it. The payment collection person is not picking the call nor he is coming to collect it. There are multiple SPAM calls during my busy hours irritating and uncomfortable. They payment tool is another big head ache. that never has worked good for me. unnecessarily I have to pay bank charges for this transaction. would have appreciated if they would have arranged their normal collection person for this. They have not even updated their office address for bangalore. Pain with them.

        This Finance bank never ever informed me that they are giving me 1 lac Rup on 28% ROI while discussing with company's employee that said we will give you 13 to 14% ROI which depend on your eligibility.

        I got my loan passed in March and they approved all my documents online by getting OTP.
        I was not aware about it that I am sharing OTP is for my disbursement and sanction letter. This totally wrong to without information they did all this things to me.

        I just requesting you to help me out for foreclose. I wanted to repay my pending actual amount I don't want to pay any interest amount to them.

          Dear Sir,
          Good afternoon sir, As I have taken loan on paysense finance company named payu it's Loan account number STPLSC[protected]. These people are continuously harrassing continuously calling my friends and relatives and threatening my family and friends. I lost my job, my family financial situation gone down due to this i couldn't pay my EMI for the past months. Rs 7348 is my EMI I have nearly paid 15 months for 18 months emi Total sum of 1, 10, 000/- for the 1 loan I got. Today why I'm mailing I was attending an interview for my job in that means time they were continuously harrassing and calling me without giving any break from this number [protected] named Reeva Singh in WhatsApp I'm asking to call me in Normal call but she is continuously calling me in WhatsApp and she is threatening me I'm very much depressed about this. As I'm facing unemployment now, I need 2 months time to close this loan account, I want time. I've attached all the details and screenshot of the harrasment they did. I have all the necessary proof of what all they did. I was put to shame by the paysense team by their mishandling of contacts and calling them without my knowledge. Kindly take necessary as action against paysense finance company.

                We are receiving calls on 14th feb 2024 by mobile no. [protected] for pay sense i asked to confirmed foreclosure charges which is pretty higher so i asked to connect with some senior he abused me and threatened me to call my mom.

                  Paysense is really worst company I ever seen.
                  They are really doing harassing people.
                  I told them so many time that i don’t want any loan please delete my number from your database still they are not listening.
                  I also activate Paysense dnd service but still they calling for loan.
                  I send written complaint on there email address for stopping calls from Paysense still they are not listening.

                    I have taken loan from paysense. I have missed few emi. They have hacked my contact list and have call everyone. They have abused them. They spam call 7 to 9 call per day to my friends and family. Used very abusive word to them. Pls make this stop its giving me depression and anxiety. My name syed adnan from hyderabad.                         I have already requested hold on my loan due to the loss of my job. Unfortunately, this has significantly affected my ability to meet my financial obligations. But it seems like the recovery agent wants me to do robbery and continue to threaten myself, family members, relatives, friends and previous office staff abuse them on daily basis. The unprofessional and unlawful behavior exhibited by these agents has caused me significant distress and anxiety. So i request you to take legal action as i am not able to repay right now. Please don't force someone too much that it might backfire.                             I didn't apply or given any KYC details, still they updated in CIBIL I applied for a loan. Due to this my CIBIL score is getting impacted.

                            Don't play with the customers by applying unethical / illegal practices.

                              I have taken PL from Paysense. I am making payment every month between 15 to 17th. I might have delayed 1 payment as far as I know. I have been connected to one person on whatsapp to whom I requested I will delay the payment for December 2023 and will be paid by 29th or 1st depends on the cheque clearance. and since then I am being insulted by the same person who said "sir say you dont have money don't give any other reasons" Seriously this is how you collect the payments. No common sense, no sympathy, no empathy, this is absolutely ridiculous. I am in Dubai the payment link they are sending it does not even open here when I complained about the same someone gave me a account details to xfer the funds even that stopped working after few days. If you have a problem I need to understand and adjust now I have a problem but you couldn't wait right.

                                    I want to foreclose my loan account number - KS17436192. Sent numerous requests to your support email. Everytime I receive an email from an executive giving me the bifurcation but when I reply asking for the payment link, no one reverts wth the payment link.

                                    I called up and emailed the grievance redressal also but they seem to have no sense o[censored]rgency. I have received no intimation yet. One more day and I will be charged for the interest for no fault of mine? Why should I pay it?

                                    Now they send an email saying the issue is resolved wherein I have still not received any intimation.

                                    Either I receive the payment link asap without additional interest charged or I will escalate this to the RBI Ombudsman.

                                      I get loan 200000 and I pay 7500 per month. emi 13 month without over due suddenly they offer 2 loan 200000 so I thought 7500+7500 my emi is 15000 so I applied.they they say this is top-up loan so this loan pre close ur previous loan you wanna pay emi 12000 per month for 48month.they don't give me a loan.they raised my emi and extra month.

                                        I have been trying to close my loan for almost two weeks and i am unable to do it because of the stupid customer service pigs siting over there. I just asked one information what should be the payee name on cheque to make the foreclose. They are unable to answer it for of 2weeks.
