My daughter in law DrAparna srivtsa wife of Vaidhy kumar came to India during June 2016 and left to U.S.A by Nedumbaserry I.A Port on 25-7 2016.
While leaving she forget to to handover the Indian currecy Rs 15, 000/(15*1000) and took to U.S.A without knwing the demonetisation effect.
Now my son Vaidhykumar sent the R15000/(fifteen thosand) thro Fedex courrier and it is held up at by ASST commissioner of customs courrier at K.IAL Bangalore and advised to get no objection certificate from rbiI as the amount exceeds Rs 5000/ Kindly guide me to get noc

I had send the indain currency in courier, and it was stopped by bangalore customs. Now customs are requested to submit the NOC from RBI. Please help me to proceed further.
