Dear Sir/Mam, I Prince Manchanda is a customer of Your bank and 14.03.2018 I make an transaction of Rs-10, 000/-from SBI Atm ( Basai road near Tirath Ram Hospital Gurgaon) . Due to some Technical Problem my first transaction was cancelled but 10, 000/- was debited from my account and I didn't received any Cash for this transaction . This transaction was made at 10:42 AM, Transaction ID- S77285477 Then I make another transaction of Rs-10, 000/- at 10:47 AM, transaction ID S77292689 this transaction was successful and I Received cash of Rs-10, 000/- So, My account is debited by Rs-20, 000 but i received only 10, 000/- by cash.
