From William Christopher H.P.F Quarters, Ooty To The RBI authority Date[protected] Dear Sir/Madam, I am a client of state bank of india ooty (Indunagar branch) for the past 4 years and hold a savings account in your ooty indunagar hpf branch. I had requested just to print my passbook to know my transaction details. I am sad to say that despite making requests regarding printing my pass book to know my transaction details in an emergency the staff is very rude to me and not accepting my request. There is no rush, there is no any technical problem though they were like there is a technical problem and full rush. Why they are not responding to us, why they are rude to us. Please do consider my request and take immediate action. I request you to look into my case and help me to resolve this problem and they are even not responding in a kind way always rude and we are not their servants.
